Everything is at the highest level-service, restaurants, staff.
The rooms deserve special attention - original paintings, marble in the bathroom, designer furniture and lamps, expensive interior details - all this fills your stay with coziness and special comfort!
It was so good that I spent the last day at the hotel - I didn't want to go anywhere!

A wonderful hotel, stylish interiors, clean rooms, unobtrusive, polite and attentive staff, a large selection of delicious breakfast dishes, a good swimming pool.
Three "buts", which, nevertheless, do not spoil the overall impression:
1) the inability to pay with Russian cards (although in Kazakhstan any HalykBank payment terminals accept Russian UnionPay cards without problems);
2) inconsistency of the procedure for using parking;
3) in the rooms adjacent to the room where the washing machines are located, they can still be heard.
But, once again, the overall score is excellent. Thanks to the hotel staff for their proactivity and willingness to help. On your next visit, only to this hotel!

Really the best hotel I've ever been to. Very polite staff, beautiful soundproof rooms, chilly spa. We will definitely come again. We were here for the wedding anniversary, they asked us at check-in if we had any reason, we told them. Although it was already late, we checked in at 9 pm. They brought us flowers and a cake, everything was so beautiful and delicious, it was very pleasant. 10 out of 5)))))) Thanks to the hotel staff :)

We were in August, the weather was fine. There was no table and chairs in the room On the balcony, we wanted to sit in the evening and admire the view, but even when I asked, they told us that all the tables were occupied...

Nice hotel, very clean, linen was changed every day, exquisite interior, everything is in very good taste! The breakfasts are delicious, the spa is also super, but there is a big minus, which at first made us think about changing the location, but then we adapted. Sauna, hammam and so on are far from the pool, it is obviously not very convenient to walk along a cool corridor with children.
The butler service was excellent, everything was brought quickly and accurately. There is also an inconvenience with parking, you put it on the ground floor, then you go through the maze to the hotel. This is a quest from St. Regis architects. In general, 10 out of 10 by the standards of booking😉
