The best studio for me! I've been in different directions, with different coaches. All well done, but most often I go to Martha) You can buy water in the studio, or come with your bottle and pour from the station, you can buy socks, elastic bands are offered for free. There is a shower, feminine hygiene products. Everything is convenient and beautiful.

2. Promotion works - registration for a few classes for weeks ahead, you need to look for a place, like a ticket to a polyclinic
3. Cancel classes for these classes a couple of hours before training. I was recorded twice this week (I monitored the application to grab the vacant space), but the training took place 0 times
Unfortunately, this attitude towards your own schedule can hardly be compensated for in any way. The meaning of subscriptions is also lost - you just don't have time to get it out. Yes, it will be extended, but it's kind of comical, or something.
The training itself is a thrill, I really want to go to them, but, alas
Among the disadvantages is also the smell of sewage, lack of ventilation and terrible stuffiness, a tiny locker room - literally you have to rub your butt with other girls.
Please give me the opportunity to train with you, set up a schedule!

An instagrammed place with a convenient location. That's all the advantages. Starting with the fact that it is problematic to sign up because of everything (is it really difficult to test your sites and applications before releasing to the masses and at least fix the instructions for recording on all sports?), ending with zero service. Some very green girl works as an administrator, and her powers apparently end with "hello". She asked me with a claim, "is this your first time?" (um, yes, they usually clarify this right away), told me that there is free water, but I can't take it, because there are no cups and I had to take the bottle with me. The remark that it would be good to warn in advance about this, apparently, was taken deeply personally and this information did not appear in the story. But the lesson itself finished me off, in which I did not stretch at all. When I told the coach that I was not pulling anything, I received in response that I should straighten my back (in that position, I don't have enough muscles for a straight back, that's what I came for) and that I had a "kyphosis". Ethics are on the level, bravo. Thank you for your concern, no one gave me such diagnoses, and I didn't seem to come to the doctor's appointment.

I didn't like the studio. Well done, they made a great application, but inside there is nothing special except a beautiful space. The coach does not pull at the trial session, does not pay attention to the correctness of the exercises, speaks quietly.
The second class that I signed up for was canceled. There is no desire to sign up again. The receptionist at the entrance feels exhausted by life, as if he is being forced to sit there.
I didn't like the attitude. I won't come again, thank you

It's a great place, but the administrators are just a nightmare)
It's like they're being forced to do their job. When you come to the studio, it feels like they want you to leave faster. After the trial, they didn't tell me about subscriptions, about classes, just hello, goodbye, and then if you're lucky. The most unfriendly staff who met in such places. They didn't tell me that you can buy water in the studio. If you wanted to cancel the lesson, you were questioned on the phone about the reasons and it felt like you had to justify yourself to the teacher :))
The coaches are good, responsive and pleasant, as is the atmosphere in the halls. But the moment with the admins spoils the whole impression. :(
