Pros: well located. Opposite is the Museum of the Future. The metro stop is 5 meters from the hotel.
The view from the window can be good if you're lucky. I finished with the pluses.
Minuses. 4 elevators on 35 floors. There's a building like 66, a hotel like 28 to 64. It's a long wait. There are queues for breakfast. The room was on the 32nd floor called Sky View. The furniture is shabby, the room is stuffy, and it smells strongly of air freshener. The air conditioner is working, but the hood doesn't seem to be there. Because of this, it's wet, the bed linen is wet, and so are the clothes. For some reason, a large window was made from the bathroom to the bedroom. Mold in the shower. I got a cockroach.

It's cool.The hotel is located right at the Emirates towers metro station. It is convenient to get to different places in Dubai, and there are only two stops to Dubai Mall from Burj Khalifa (they are in one place) and to Dubai marina and other places.There are a lot of local colorful cafes around where you can eat, and you can go to the subway near the subway and go straight to the museum of the future (keep in mind there are a lot of people in the winter season, so it's better to buy tickets in advance, otherwise they will only offer 400 dirhams on the spot, which is 12,000 per person for a second!The usual price is 159 or 169 dirhams, generally around 5,000 rubles.In general, I definitely recommend staying at this hotel because of the location and views.The food is not bad, there are a lot of people at breakfast, but it's like that everywhere, and on the contrary, few people come to dinner.

Nice hotel, in the nearest metro station. It's just a gorgeous bed, you fall asleep like in a cloud, nice spacious but a little tired rooms.
The breakfast is average, there are no freshly squeezed juices and a long queue for breakfast in the morning. We would also like to update the area with a swimming pool and sun beds.

We are leaving this hotel today.
We have never seen such terrible service, food and rooms for such money before.
A company of 12 people and 4 rooms stopped by. At first, we couldn't find our 100% paid reservation for a long time and we spent an hour at the reception. Next, we were impressed by the dinner. The restaurant is open until 22.30, but at 21 o'clock there were already only leftovers. Stupidly, they didn't report new food instead of the one they had eaten, until we made comments to them several times, and some Europeans too. The food itself tastes disgusting and is basically just food. Then we went up to the rooms... well, everything is old, dead, mold in the shower. Towels were asked to be brought every day, because when cleaning, the old ones were taken away and one new one was brought. We only saw a small towel for hands or head on the first day, then we scored. You have to ask for everything 10 times until you come down and bark at them at the reception, or they don't do it or they do it the wrong way. Going down from the room and going up to it is a separate topic. You can wait for elevators for 15 minutes. There is only one restaurant!!! There is only one small and shabby restaurant per whole skyscraper. And to get there after 8.30, you need to stand in line.
The only advantage of this hotel is its location and the view from the room, if you are lucky. But the lower part of the windows is cloudy and spoils the view.

Terrible queues for breakfast, like for distribution to the poor. The staff is just busy with work and they can't solve your questions at the moment.There are cockroaches in the room on the 32nd floor! The view from the window is normal, but there is no ventilation, and when the winter temperature is about 12-14 at night in January and the air conditioner is not turned on, there is a terrible smell of dampness, mold in the bathroom, and they try to spray it with some kind of terrible chemical when cleaning, which then suffocates for 4 days. Not a foot in here anymore...

Great views from the top floors! Some rooms overlook the Burj Khalifa. The windows don't open. The cleaning is good, the rooms are generally double. they have been for many years, sometimes the drain leaks. 4 elevators are available for lifting visitors. The breakfasts are good, the choice is varied. The metro is next to the hotel.

The hotel is nice, but not perfect.
The room is cool, big and the view is beautiful.
The food is half edible, but the juice for breakfast is fresh and not chemical.
They save money on products at times.
The pool is ordinary, nothing remarkable.
There are many places with dirty corners in the hotel (not everywhere is cleaned)
The room is cleaned every day or more often, but linen and towels are changed once a week.
The location is great right at the entrance to the subway.
The hall is modest and simple.

But while they lived, it is not possible to stay in the hotel during the day, since they are constantly drilling somewhere , repairs are underway. And the problem with the free elevators. There are catastrophically few of them for such a large flow of guests.

The hotel is located opposite the metro exit. From the station, you can go to the Museum of the future and the Emirates towers without going outside. It's hot in the lobby and people are waiting in line for a long time. From the window there are beautiful views of the city. I asked for a higher floor. They gave 34. The sockets are old and Euro plugs do not fit them, but there was one new universal outlet behind the TV. The pool closes before 20:00. There was a smell of piss in the toilet. There are many dishes for breakfast

A very cool hotel with a wonderful view of one of the main avenues of Dubai. Excellent room and non-room service, a restaurant with a great view, a pool on the 5th floor on the roof. The hotel is worth the money and it's really a solid 5! Many attractions nearby, metro nearby, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, etc... I recommend it!

A big plus is booking via Yandex travel and the possibility of payment (available from a computer or an Android). Gorgeous location - 2 steps to the subway. Beautiful lobby, comfortable rooms.
Elevators leave much to be desired, it can be difficult to wait. The restaurant with panoramic views is closed without indication.

A nice big skyscraper hotel.
The room was given on the 40th floor, with a good view of the city.
You must pay extra for the room on the spot according to local laws. 20 dirhams per day. And for any.
We checked into the hotel on Friday, and, having come to dinner,.we were surprised by lobsters, large shrimps and other sea reptiles. But it turned out that only on Fridays there are these delights. The rest of the days are the usual dinners and breakfasts.
By the way, because not everything is included - only water is given for dinner, the rest is for an extra.payment. At the same time for breakfast and tea / coffee, and juices of good quality.
The rooms are not super modern, but quite good. There is a kettle, tea, coffee and water are replenished constantly.
The location of the hotel at 5: near the Museum of the future (buy tickets in advance about a month in advance), the metro, and a couple of kilometers (or at a distance of 2 metro stations) Burj Khalifa with Dubai Mall.
Tours are sold on the ground floor - be sure to bargain, and specify what is included in the tour. We bought tickets to the Ferrari Park, but without a transfer. And it is 100+ km away... I had to pay extra for the transfer separately, although it was prescribed in the booklet. Anyway, the ear is sharp!
In general, the hotel is good, but it's a long way to the sea. We walked 1 time on foot in the heat - 25 minutes of walking in the absence of shade. I do not advise repeating this mistake
