This place is just great!
To get to the observation deck, you need to climb to the second floor of Nakheel Mall. You can purchase a ticket on the spot before 16:30 for 110 dirhams — a great price for an experience that will be remembered for a long time.
First of all, we went to the museum of the history of the creation of the island of Palm Jumeirah. Exhibitions, interactive games and a short film immersed us in the atmosphere of the amazing transformation of the desert landscape into a modern metropolis. We enjoyed learning a lot of new things and felt like we were a part of this story.
But the most exciting part begins when you get into a high-speed elevator. In just 45 seconds, it will take you to the 52nd floor, where a real show awaits you. The elevator moves to music and visual effects that vary depending on the floor. This creates a feeling of magic and immerses you in the atmosphere of the holiday.
Finally, you find yourself on the observation deck. There are incredible views that cannot be described in words. You need to see this with your own eyes. The city, the sea, the sky — everything merges into a single whole, creating a feeling of boundless vastness and freedom. Every moment on this site is a small miracle that you want to remember forever.
The observation deck is located at the Palm Tower Hotel. The entrance is on the left side (a taxi takes you to the hotel entrance). The hotel is located at the top of the trunk of a palm tree. I really liked the story and the video about how this island was built. I found out an interesting fact that the original project was the sun and in the process it was changed to a palm tree.
The view from the site is good, both on the branches of the palm tree and on the city. You can take photos. There are several coffees on top (there is a pizzeria). The price for one is 150 dirhams. They take photos at the bottom and offer them in a frame and in plastic. The price is 200 dirhams with terrible quality. On the same Frame, the price was 120. There are cafes in the shopping center through which the entrance is. We visited Thai - I really liked it. Delicious and not expensive.
We visited the Aura Sky Pool SPA complex with a panoramic pool in all directions on the 50th floor and a stunning view. There are many interesting shops on the ground floors of the mall, pleasant purchases have been made, there are clothes with discounts. I highly recommend it.
Excellent viewing platform.First, they show a short film about how the Palm Tree was washed and filled. Then the elevator takes you to the 52nd floor. This is the viewing platform with an all-round view. The view of the Palm Tree and the surrounding area is gorgeous. But it must be borne in mind that a fairly dense haze is a common phenomenon in the Emirates. This is, of course, a "minus", but it will not spoil the overall impression. The ticket price before 15-30 and after 19-00 is 100 dirhams. In addition, there is an opportunity to ride the monorail and visit the bolshoy Nakhil Mall.
On the ground floor there is an exhibition dedicated to the creation of a palm tree. And then take the elevator up and have a great view of both the palm tree itself and the rest of Dubai. One observation deck is slightly lower, but if you pay extra, you can look from the highest point. The view is magnificent.
A place where you can see from a bird's-eye view all the perfection of the design of the artificial Palm "area", with its nuances and beauty. You can take wonderful photos and enjoy the beauty of the perfect synergy of architecture and natural landscape. Definitely five points for the right investments and love for the place where worthy rulers of their people were born and live.
We lived nearby (Dukes), so
those who come by monorail went up through the mall, they only went up 1 level.
Unfortunately, online ticket ordering (and it is cheaper) using the UP card from RSHB did not work, I had to buy at the box office.
Before going up to the playground, there is a small movie about the story, and then an interactive "show". Then climb to the 52nd floor. The elevator is fast - it fills my ears like when an airplane takes off. The site itself offers a great view, but the sun will not allow you to look at the city under your feet for a long time. Due to the wide and thick edges of the frame, it is difficult to take a panorama. There are quite a lot of people, but if you wait out the influx of those who have just risen in your session, then it becomes freer and you can safely approach the glass and steps on which you can take a picture.
Beautiful place 😍 It is interesting to listen to the story of the creation of the Palm Tree, the queue passes quickly, a full 360 view of the entire island, as well as a very beautiful area where you can take a photo before entering the tour
Excellent viewing platform, the whole palm tree is in full view, you can see both the Ferris wheel and the famous Burj Al Arab, the prices are reasonable, the views are amazing, I recommend 👍
An amazing place with a breathtaking view of the island of Palma and beyond! I recommend choosing a weekday and daytime , as there will be fewer people, so you won 't have to queue.
Upstairs you can drink coffee, eat, there is also a souvenir shop
I visited this place without expectations, just to put a check mark in my itinerary.
The cost of a ticket for Russian money is approximately 4,500 rubles. This is a visit to the middle part of the tower, if the highest and peak point is about 10,000 rubles.
If the view is important to you, rather than putting a check mark on your trip, then it's better to visit an institution nearby, there are hookah bars with the same beautiful view and it will be cheaper.
There are a lot of people, really, a lot of people - it 's hard to go to the window and see your fairy tale
In general, this pastime takes about an hour, as there are queues, and nothing can be done about them.
It's a great place. At the entrance there is an interactive show about the history of the palm tree construction. Then an elevator to the roof of a skyscraper with a viewing platform. Located in the mall, it can be combined with shopping.
We were in December 2023, in the morning. The queue is long, but we passed it quickly. A short tour of the history of construction, a high-speed elevator ride and you are at an altitude with stunning views of Palm and Dubai. In sunny weather, everything is perfectly visible, the glasses do not glare, because they are tilted. Both adults and children really liked it.
Take a monorail ticket to the second stop (there are three in total), get off at the first one, walk along the wonderful, shady streets to the tower, you will not regret it, after viewing from a height, take the monorail, the second stop is right there, but not towards the city, but towards the end of the palm tree, you will have a free sightseeing tour, Don't get out, he's going back to town.
It's a beautiful place, the beautiful Atlantis Hotel, it has a large aquarium, but the prices for entrance tickets are also high. We passed by the palm tree on a small yacht. The view from the water is very wonderful.
It's a good place, better than the overpriced Burj, if only because there are much fewer queues. It is interesting to tell the story of the island's creation, and the monorail road also provides a variety of leisure activities.
It's a great view, more interesting than the Burj Khalifa (although it's worth a visit). A small guided tour is included in the entrance to the observation deck. Get tickets in advance to the highest point, unfortunately, we didn't get there because we ran out of tickets. It's more convenient to watch and take photos there.
We paid for the tickets online, but the system did not give us the tickets themselves. We went to the ticket office, where the cashier, Elesa Valgina, instead of solving the problem, forced us to buy more tickets, promising that the money would be refunded as soon as we wrote to their email. info@theviewpalm.ae a letter where we will attach the payment receipts from the bank.
As a result, we did not receive a single response to our numerous letters, only the response: "Your letter has been delivered, you will be answered during business hours," but no response was received, they wrote from different emails. Disgusting attitude, ignoring, left in indignation, as such a serious company (it seemed to us, now it is clear that this is Sharashkin's office) It can ignore emails and customer requests.
In this situation, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience caused by online booking problems, we were forced to pay again, deceived, perhaps they have such a system of earnings, and then completely ignore customer letters. The site itself also did not cause any excitement, the queues are huge and there are a lot of people, but the most unpleasant thing is, of course, the organization of the company's work, or rather its complete absence.
It's a very beautiful place. We had a very good walk. We saw a lot of interesting things. I recommend it to everyone. Everything is great. Everyone will help and tell you. I'm thrilled.
A beautiful place to show The Palm's unique project. I liked the history of the island's creation and the professionalism of the builders. You can examine the details in detail and look at the vacant lot. The smell of food from restaurants is slightly disturbing, tickets are quite expensive
Very beautiful views, delicious croissants upstairs.
One of the disadvantages: long queues, waiting for forty minutes to rise.
And don't buy carters Dubai chocolate (something like that) in a souvenir shop, it's not delicious. 🥲
The best observation deck in the whole of Dubai. It is very beautiful, spacious and interesting. And inside there is also a beautiful interactive museum
It's not just going up to the observation deck. The place is designed in the format of a museum, the history of the Palm Tree.
And the view from the observation deck is incredible. I highly recommend you to visit. Entrance to the 52nd floor is 110 AED per person.
It's a very beautiful place. The whole island is visible. The observation deck is located on the fifty-second floor. The elevator rises silently. The cost of the tour is 109 dirhams.
An excellent observation deck in the middle of the palm Jumeirah with a magnificent 360° view of the entire island. In the morning, tickets are a little cheaper and there are fewer people, it will probably be hot in the summer, but we were in November - everything is great! For an additional fee, there is access to an additional platform + 2 floors. Before climbing to the site, an interactive presentation about the history of the island's construction is held. Stunning views of the palm tree itself, the Marina area, JBR beach and Blue Waters Island with a Ferris wheel. Cool photos are guaranteed! The bonus will be that you will get to The View at the Palm by monorail - a fun feeling for those who have never ridden. Well, the exit is through the Nakhil Mall, where you can walk and shop, who is interested. A must-visit!
The View at the Palm is the jewel of Jumeirah, offering breath–taking panoramic views that leave delight and admiration in the heart. Being at a bird's-eye view, you can feel the greatness of Dubai in all its splendor, looking at the beauty of the endless ocean and the majestic urban landscape. Visiting this observation deck is a real journey into the world of beauty and harmony, where every picture is worth a thousand words. Don't miss the chance to enjoy one of the highest creations of human hands, The View at the Palm is a view of Dubai that cannot be forgotten.
A new observation deck on a palm tree. We were at the end of October 2024, I recommend visiting at sunset, it's not hot and the view is gorgeous.
We got there through a traffic jam by taxi, from there we arranged a whole quest for ourselves - first by monorail, then by tram, then by metro.
The metro is overloaded, the monorail is expensive, so it's better to think over the route in advance and buy a local "Troika".
We were in April 2024 at 12.00. Really good views. Photo locations are conveniently organized. Even with a large number of people, you can always find an angle.
There are signs in Nakhil Mall showing the way to the observation deck. There are no queues. Tickets can be purchased before the visit.
It is convenient to get there by monorail (the cost is 10 dirhams).
There is a small cafe upstairs, and a gift shop downstairs at the exit. There are places where you can hide from the sun. A photo is offered for 150 dirhams with a view of the palm tree.
It's not cheap, like everything in the UAE, but the experience is worth it. The whole Palm Tree is perfectly visible, you can view all the cottages, hotels, beaches through a telescope. Nicely. They tell the story of the Palm Tree. Upstairs you can have a snack - ice cream and coffee
A gorgeous observation deck to the Palm Jumeirah Island and Dubai in general. The entire scale of the island is visible only from a height. The ticket is 100 dirhams/person. First, an interactive area with a visual demonstration of the history of construction, then a short video on the same topic and an elevator ride to the observation deck. The queues are small. The panomara is amazing, photos and videos are appropriate🔥💯
It's a very beautiful view, the only thing is long queues, but there is an interesting interactive experience so that people don't just stand in a long queue. You are gradually led through rooms where the story of the creation of palm trees is told
A very specific place! A must-visit! The car can be parked in the free parking lot of the shopping center, then through the shopping center up the escalators and signs.
For those who want to save money, a restaurant opens in the evening on the observation deck, admission is of course free, you can drink a glass (yes, they pour there, and it's not cheap) and walk around the observation deck. But, it will already be in the night, and these are other, no less vivid, impressions.
The observation deck in the Emirates is another miracle that cannot leave anyone indifferent. The bird's-eye view of the palm island just amazed me. And it's also amazing how much is being done in the UAE for the impressions and pleasures of ordinary people
This tour is worth every penny. It's very beautiful and exciting. First, you are lifted by a group, then the stages are shown, how the palm tree was worth, and after that you are already on the observation deck. There are souvenir shops and cafes there. We arrived there at 15:30, from 16:09 - a different fare - we were lucky. Also, if you go by monorail- it doesn't matter where you get off-the token will be about 600 rubles, we got to the end point from the metro, called a taxi and gave 600 for three.
Stunning view of the palm Jumeirah.
I just didn't figure out how to use the binoscope (if it works at all). And if you want to use it, then touch it more carefully. Because binoscopes stand under the hot sun all day, they are very hot.
Excellent view of the palm tree.
At the beginning of the tour, there is a small virtual aquarium tunnel, the history of the Emirates (3D show), a high-speed elevator to the 52nd floor in 45 seconds.
It's hot on the roof itself, there's no shade. Transparent fence. There are small steps ledges into the fences for adrenaline lovers. About 30 minutes is enough to go around in a circle to take a photo.
On the 54th floor (called + next level for an additional fee) it is more windy and there are fewer people.
Nice view of the palm tree. The elevator is hot from the LEDs. Coffee is too expensive. If you pay extra, you can climb the stairs even higher by two floors. There's a view without glasses.
You must go! Moreover, I highly recommend paying extra for access to the 54th floor in addition to the 52nd, because there, unlike the 52nd floor, the site is open, without glass blocking the view, and this is a completely different level of experience.

I really liked it. Who else is choosing between Bourgeois and the palm view - there is a more specific overview and an interactive show. Bourges is just an iconic place, the highest and blah blah, that's why people go there, the whole family liked it more on the palm tree in the view. We were in the daytime, the queues were light, a couple of minutes and that was it. The views are cool! At the beginning, there is an interactive conversation with the group directly about how the palm was built (all exclusively in English), then in another room there is a film about construction. After the tour, we walked around the walking zone on a palm tree, and there was also a pleasant atmosphere.
One of the best views from a high point in Dubai. spare no money and take a ticket to the top floor with an outdoor area. That's where it's really beautiful
A wonderful place!!! We were on a sunny day, around 3 o'clock in the afternoon, there was no fog, the viewing was wonderful. Everything is cool!! There is a beautiful landscaped area around the building, there are benches. A light film show about the creation of the island with the participation of tourists is organized inside. We recommend everyone to visit!!!
It is very beautiful, breathtaking from the view, height, beauty. There is free Wi-Fi on site, a gift shop and a cafe. I highly recommend you to visit.
