Excellent location, right by the Bosphorus and the ferry stop. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the bridge towards the Blue Mosque. Galataport with shopping galleries and a museum of modern art is in the other direction. Galata Tower is 15 minutes away. In general, the location is ideal for living in the center.
The hotel itself is fresh, the renovation is fresh, the room is large, Jacuzzi, shower. The bed is large, 2 meters wide. The linen is nice, the mattress is comfortable, I slept well. Very cozy room in green tones.
We had no view, there was a playground next to the fence, but there was no construction site.
The restaurant is on the roof, the view is gorgeous.
Friendly staff, ready to help.
The boutique hotel has only 20 rooms. The location is great! Right on the shore of the Bosphorus Strait. Galata Tower and Istiklal Street are a 10-minute walk away. The staff is very polite and caring. Please note that there are a variety of breakfasts to choose from: continental, Turkish, English, French. Unlimited coffee and orange juice.
During the second night of stay, the air conditioner failed. I called the reception five times, they promised to fix it, they came to the room, rebooted the system, then, according to them, the floor was rebooted. Nothing changed, then prayer began, and no one answered the phone anymore.
It's very noisy in Istanbul to sleep with the window open, so we didn't sleep that night.
The air conditioner started working at exactly 09.00 in the morning.
In addition, after cleaning, the room was left open, no one was visible from the staff on the floor.
The room itself was comfortable and larger than
rooms in other hotels nearby. Interesting interior
a room, a nice bed, pillows and two blankets for two people at once.
The spectacular view of the sea was from the Topkapi Palace.
Suuuper Hotel! In Istanbul, only here. The rooms are beyond praise. The staff is professional.

I would put 3🌟, but in combination with all the arguments I will put 4!
The biggest plus is the location! The location is 50 meters from the water, from the Bosphorus Strait. The windows of the room faced two sides: the strait and the busy street.
Unfortunately, on both sides there was a construction site, on the one hand with a hut, littered with tools, mixtures and others, on the other hand - a site cleared for construction.
The hotel is old, the room in the photo was depicted in beige tones, upon arrival it turned out that it was in dark blue. The tile in the bathroom was falling off, the folding mirror did not hold on the holder and slid down. Curtain fasteners.. in general, there are a few everywhere. In the morning, good breakfasts in the fresh air, almost on the roof) with the exception of sausage, this is not good. There are several cafes on the ground floor of the building where you can drink coffee with sweets. There are many small souvenir shops and cafes nearby. The main attraction of shopping is Galaport! There are many brands that have left the market. Good restaurants on the waterfront.
In general, the impression was not bad. The only thing is, if you are in the mood for luxury, then not here, but to a nearby hotel (there are many of them, Marriott and others)
