The horror ... the maids clean in front of the three of you for an hour, the breakfasts are meager and tasteless, everything is too modest, as if they were afraid to spend an extra franc on comfort.. luxury is too quiet - as a result, you can't hear it at all, despite the fact that this is the most expensive hotel in Geneva.
