The project and the idea are great, but the implementation, as is often the case in the world of development, let me down. I hope someone more resourceful will bring everything to life here and bring it to mind.

A complete failure . The project was conceived as a super elite but the developer ran out of money and now it's just a pile of sand in the middle of the sea. If you want to see a monument to human greed and stupidity, then welcome
