The location is excellent - in the very center of the tourist flow, right in front of the Russian Drama Theater. If you compare it with Moscow, it's like living right next to the Arbat.
The hotel is not new. They hardly speak Russian at the reception, but a mixture of English and Turkish saved them. But the adult cleaners on the floor speak Russian fluently (it's immediately obvious - the Soviet school, our people). There were problems with the lock for three days in a row, and I had to constantly reprogram the entrance key card at the reception.
The breakfasts are delicious, we were pleased with the variety.
My opinion: a small renovation would not hurt.
Personal observation of catering establishments (restaurants, snack bars, cafes, etc.): the youth staff practically does not speak Russian, and in some places they do not even know basic phrases in English.
Great hotel, in the center!
Cleaning every day without a reminder. The windows overlook the park.Only the breakfasts are monotonous)Everyone speaks Russian.Friendly at the reception. We will definitely come back to Baku and return to your hotel👍
Without windows, the hood works so that you can't sleep at night. The good news is that the guys working there are very good, kind, they try to help in everything, unlike the administrator, who can't figure anything out
