They do everything quickly: they name the price in dollars, without letting you figure out how much it is in rubles / lira. They're cheating! (We are about 6 thousand!!!! well, or the cost of medicines is very high / the low exchange rate of the lira / they consider it beneficial to them). There are many normal pharmacies in the area with adequate prices, Russian-speaking pharmacists and delivery to the hotel.
