I highly recommend Master Tatiana, she does great scrubbing and is a super nice woman, thank you very much for the procedure.
And so, if you are from Russia, it is important to know a few things:
1. on Sunday, I strongly recommend not to visit, because there are a lot of people, all 24/8 are talking very loudly in the bathhouse, it is unlikely that you will be able to relax.
2. there are no disposable slippers, only rubber ones for 4,000 tenge (it was inconvenient for us to take them, since we are leaving tomorrow). I recommend the institution to buy simple slippers too, they were in other spas.
3. During the general hovering, the girl pushed me, because she decided to take a bench in the middle. There were a lot of people in one sauna, they did not limit the entrance in any way. I saw that they tried, but the men started to get indignant and eventually they were allowed in after all during the procedure.
I want to express my gratitude to the administrator, they solved my question very timely, the girl is wonderful.
Recommendations:
- it would be cool to put up signs that it is better not to talk while in the sauna, after all, there are common areas for this. Otherwise, you sit in the steam room and listen to the story of a man who performs there in front of friends as if at a stand-up, you become an unwitting listener to his diligent performances at a volume of 8 out of 10…
- buy simple disposable slippers, it's easy, and visitors are pleased
- limit the number of shared pairs and inform about it in advance before the steam room
- please make recreation areas really recreation areas or it would be good to build some additional ones as an option for a fee, you just sit in the aisle
- ask the administrator who records the procedures to recommend the masters. The main admin girl quickly consulted me, the man at the reception was indifferent
- PLEASE BUY NORMAL HAIR DRYERS! Unfortunately, I had to leave with a wet head
I think it's just perfect here on weekdays. And so, unfortunately, I am used to a different culture of visiting baths, so it is important to take these points into account)
I really liked Therma! I visited on Friday from lunch until closing, the time flew by :) After the general steaming and the cold pool, there is a feeling of rebooting. The pool with hydro massage allows you to massage your back, neck, legs (or whatever you get) and relax. I really liked all 4 steam rooms, you can warm up everywhere, especially clay is very relaxing and salty for those who do not like strong heat but want to warm up. You can have a delicious meal in the Restaurant, I liked it. The place is cool, we relaxed to the fullest. The only thing when we went out was that there was no hot water in two of the three showers in the women's shower and we had to wash cold:(I told the reception about it - they said they would fix it. In general, my friend and I liked the feeling that we left the city and had a rest)
Great sauna, everything is fine, overall clean and nice to be there, BUT! There are no bath hats on sale!, there are common ones that lie in a pile and are not always dry, and who after strangers will wear it?! There is also a general vaping, but if you do not have time for it, you will just sit in the steam room and it will be forbidden for you to give off steam and no one will give you a water tank. And the staff who are very slow to clean up the tables and benches
Thursday, there are a lot of people.
The bar in the Spa area was empty for two hours - no drinks were ordered.
I went to the restaurant. The order could not be accepted for half an hour, the menu was not even offered, I ordered from memory.
The salad and a pot of tea were cooked for an HOUR.
The waiter could barely move.
Everyone was fighting because it took them a long time to prepare their orders. Drinks were given out within 40 minutes.
Terrible service!
The tea in the kettle is some kind of scraps, it doesn't even taste.
Disgusting!
Warm eggplant salad:
actually, the eggplants in THIS SALAD NEED TO BE PEELED, it is impossible to chew the salad with it. You used to have peeled eggplants in this salad, why did they suddenly become peeled?!? It's a classic! This salad is served in many places, but with the peel it was made only by you! 👎
It's just something! It's like this here... such... It's a pleasure just to lie on soft sofas after a steam room and drink hot, delicious berry tea.
Olya says it's like she's in heaven.
Really! Judge for yourself, everyone smiles at you, they give you a bathrobe and 2 towels. I paid 1 time, and you can go to the sauna at least 10 times in a whole day.
A very powerful steam room with massive vaping every 3 hours. A clay steam room for warming up from the inside with infrared radiation with sticks on the ceiling.
Steam room steam - hammam with two showers, if you want to cool off.
And even a salt steam room for relaxation and contemplation of water droplets flowing down the twigs.
Well, how can you not like it?
There is a bar with tea and drinks. And if you want to eat, then go in a bathrobe past all the pools directly to the restaurant. By the way, they cook very well. It's just wonderful.
If you want to be steamed or massaged, just let me know.
In general, a wonderful place. If you've come, you'll rest like a king. And after the bathhouse you will sleep like a groundhog.
Before that, we visited a month ago, in March. Since morning, no halls have warmed up yet. We thought that the right time had not passed yet: the Russian bath was cold, the clay bath was cold, only the hammam worked tolerably well. Well, at least we could have a steam bath. I was bribed by the clean, uncluttered interior and good staff.
On April 16, I had free time, I decided to visit again. IT WAS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO BE THERE. The Russian bath was heated to 85-90 degrees, there was a feeling that the skin was burning. My head ached instantly and I felt sick. The clay was cold. The hammam was just hot and very little steam was served. 2 pools in the area of the Russian bathhouse did not work. Pools weren't that important to me, but not being able to just steam is trash. When she turned to an employee, she said, well, I'm sorry, today we have technical difficulties, but why don't you warn us when we call and ask if you are working?
The doubles and contrasts are good. But the restaurant is so-so. I need to remind you about the order. You can wait for a drink for 20-30 minutes. In the kitchen - more than an hour. There is room to grow.
The bathhouse team is trying to find ways to increase revenue. Unfortunately, the introduction of an electronic recording system has not affected the quality of service for the better: it is impossible to make an appointment in advance for the procedure. Everyone has to come to the bar, waste time in the queue for an appointment. The administrator on the electronic record is constantly running around with disassembly. The masters, as taxi drivers on the line, are forced not to do the work, but constantly look at the phone screen.
before the introduction of the system, if the procedures needed more time to work out any area, the masseur simply added time. Now I have to refuse because of the queue.
It feels like you're on an assembly line, not in a decent-level institution.
Another important point. It's getting dirtier. It is necessary to pay attention to corners and nooks when cleaning, which further bring an untidy appearance to the atmosphere of the institution. And it does not affect the hygiene of the institution in the best way.
Headrests on most massage tables are either missing or have fallen into disrepair. The tables themselves began to creak.
Everything is clean and tidy. The bath house is small, but cozy. The only moment is on women's days, there is still a male staff in the bath - massage and so on. To whom it is important, I think it is necessary to note it.
You pay 8000 tenge. And without a time limit, it's gorgeous, the service staff is prompt, the service is on the level. The manager Azhara is a nice girl, she told and showed everything
I came with my son, 6 years old. They didn't let me go with the child. They let you in from the age of 10. It's absurd. For safety reasons, the child was not allowed in))) with my father))) This is the first time I've heard this in my life.
