Disgusting attitude towards customers. No loyalty. My 5-year-old daughter went with her dad. I wasn't even allowed to go in to escort her through the women's locker room. I wasn't going anywhere near the pools. And accordingly, then to go in to dry your hair and wash the baby. They didn't allow it. The senior cashier didn't even listen. A huge minus for the layout and interior. This is a place just to bring together visiting guests and show that there is at least something in Kostanay. There seem to be a bunch of different types of adult-oriented baths. But the pools are not deep, purely for children to splash, which they actually do, splashing in all directions near the edge of the pool on the sun beds with people, and the viewer whistles something there every 10 minutes. Where is the zoning? Space allows, but it just doesn't EXIST.
Of drinks and food, everything is very scarce, prices are high, variety is low, there are no beautiful alcoholic cocktails. You give credit on the bracelet, but you don't want to use it.
You don't need to come up with anything, just copy it from Turkey, see what the pools at the hotels look like there, where there is everything for both adults and children.
In the meantime, this place is for 1 time, no more.
