It was the worst hotel I've ever been to. We went here trusting the 5-star, but no one has ever happened to us and no one has been interested. After we settled in the room, there was a door in the room that opened into the next room, and the door was locked by us. However, we were shocked when those who came to the next room opened the door and entered. After a proper explanation and he wasn't interested, even though it was 5 stars, the food wasn't nice at all, frankly, we were longing for 1 soup, we waited in line everywhere, it was an absurd experience, a place that should never have been preferred for us.
It was very nice. The benefit is good on the cost side. It is more successful with small interventions. The facility is good, the kitchen is good, the staff is fine except for the fitness side, the constant brewing of tea is very good. The problem is that the staff on the sipa side cheated for 4 days because it was cold, there is no salt room door, the sauna comes with menthol. Fitness workers should be disciplined.
It's nothing. The view from the restaurant is 5+. Water in a warm pool shine 5+. Hamam and sauna are a bit cold 3. Massage 4-5. Food for 4 out of 5. The minibus to the city and the port goes, everything is convenient. Service at the hotel with a creak of 3-4. Water really helps for joints. In general, if you catch good prices, I recommend it.
A gorgeous place, a must-visit if the occasion is right. From Istanbul to Yenikapi station, to the ferry pier on foot in five minutes. It is better to buy ferry tickets in advance.

The rules and cleanliness are not good, the room has not been cleaned for 3 days. The cleaning of the sheets is not good. But the employees do their best and try to please.
I stayed at this hotel for a week. Quiet horror. There is no food at all: neither at breakfast, nor at lunch, nor at dinner. It is impossible to eat what is presented on the buffet. Ordering food from the menu does not work, there are no chefs, as the waiter explained to us. The waiter handed over the whole hotel in black, said that everything was frozen, and that the seventh cook had changed in two months, and that there were no products. We ordered food from the menu. We waited 40 minutes after the buffet was closed, in a dark restaurant without waiters, you can't order a menu during the buffet. They did not wait. By the way, the waiters speak only Turkish.
The rooms are poor, you can't say otherwise. The walls are scratched and streaked, one small closet for two people (in all rooms except the luxury villa), uncomfortable beds, frequent lack of cleaning in the rooms, sockets work through one, there is no toilet paper and water (only on request). The rooms are generally very dirty. The rooms have either disposable brushes or shower gel, if you're lucky.
With regard to procedures and treatment, I can say one thing, too, to put it mildly, not very much. There are three types of massages, they are ordinary and for an additional fee. There is only one source, closed, it is cold in the hammam and the taps do not work, in the sauna it is also 40-50 degrees, no more. They also force you to put hats on your hair. There is no light in one of the showers, the locker room is dirty and very small.
