Extremely incompetent service. When asked to tell me more about tea, they answered "tea in a bag with flavoring" and sold fruit tea after I clarified whether it was fruit. The pastries are delicious, but when you have one employee checking with another whether the cake is exactly fresh, you involuntarily wonder if it was worth taking it.

My husband always used to take croissants. They were divine. There has been much less filling lately and the quality, in my opinion, has dropped somewhat, but they are still quite tasty. In general, the place is beautiful, I would have put 5 stars earlier) but I miss those croissants, so 4.

The contents in the photo. It can hardly be called a fresh custard declared on the website (yes, I checked, I'm not a pro). I didn't want to start a conversation with the company with a negative and went from a different angle, sending a request for eclairs data to Instagram. Five days later, the response has not been received, although the page is alive - posts are being actively written, fresh stories and photos are being added to the feed. I noted it in my story, sent another message - ignore it again. Guys, you have problems, the quality of work with requests is the same as last Saturday's pistachio eclair. In other respects, like HR, she also does not answer calls or messages.

Comfortable. In the centre. Food/drinks of standard quality.
But the service is very weak. The feeling that the sellers/waiters "don't really like" their work and are served with laziness and indifference. It's like the customers are interfering with their communication.
There are no complaints about the network itself, but the staff slightly spoils the impression of the place.

Very tasty desserts for the price! We accidentally opened this cafe in Minsk while on a trip. After the first visit, we came to the cafe every day of the trip!
