I really like this cafe chain. There is always delicious fresh bread. Crepes are delicious, cakes and pies, and all the pastries are awesome. You can take it with you in a convenient handbag. That's just the queue I don't like during rush hours)

I usually take pastries and coffee with pleasure. Actually, there are no complaints about the latter, but there are big questions about baking. The first ones were so not tasty. It's like yesterday. They didn't even heat it up for decency, so that it would look fresh. Danish with a peach, only the peach turned out to be edible, danish was simply impossible to figure out, the texture was more like rubber. My friend took it with cream and chocolate: no cream, no chocolate. They didn't come up and swear. It was hot, there were a lot of people and everything like that, but the impression was noticeably spoiled. Next time, if such a story repeats, the claim will fly, as they say, "without leaving the cash register."

There are always long queues. On the morning of 09.10 before work, we decided to buy a suitcase with a croissant, there were three people in the queue and three cashiers served, so the three of them let 3 people go for 20 minutes. The coffee is terrible, my friend was just poured milk with boiling water, which I had to go back and redo. When there are a lot of people in line, one cashier lets them go most often, another girl stands and puts cakes on the window, the whole queue swears and they don't care at all, zero attention. The worst establishment of this chain. There are long queues, very slow service, and the girls at the checkout are openly rude, showing how tired they are of everything. The only thing that pleases is that the pastries and desserts are delicious. But now we always visit other establishments of this chain, since service is an important vibe for a pastry shop. It is a pity that the management and service staff have absolutely no desire to maintain the reputation of the chain's establishments. I didn't like the place from the word at all.
We ordered two bumbles and two desserts.
They made only one bumble and forgot about us, and I stood and waited further until I was reminded, they did not remember, they made the following orders.
As a result, there was a feeling that bumble was not filled with juice, but with slop. They washed the juice box with water and added it to the drink.
The croissant with almond filling was delicious. But Danish is disgusting.
I will not go on my own anymore and I will strongly recommend that everyone I know not go.

I took the raspberry milfey, but it was just disgusting. The dough seems to be standing and defrosted yeast, such as for lazy pies, as if it were cheap purchased and not processed with high quality. I tried to pick it out for a long time, but it didn't work out. By the way, in the milf, the dough layers should be thin and crispy, I, alas, got the exact opposite. Raspberries in a creamy layer are the cheapest defrosted with a taste of a freezer, although it's not winter now, what would such filthy berries put. But most of all, the simplest element of the dessert killed- the meringue on top. It should be light, airy, melting in the mouth, but there was some kind of viscous, heavy mess that was not even whipped up, since I just crunched sugar when eating, and even taking into account the strange taste of this element of dessert, it was the most pleasant part of it. They ruined everything they could in one dessert, threw it away, tried to pick out dad's spoons, even hungry couldn't bring herself to finish eating. It should be a shame to sell such a thing
