I like the coffee chain, but this particular point surprised me. The girls were in some kind of prostration. Maybe tired. At first, they didn't finish one coffee. Then they just stood with their backs turned away from the visitors, sorting through something. I didn't like the three chocolate brownies. There is some kind of strange dough at the bottom, or maybe waffles. It has an incomprehensible taste. But this is probably a one-time action. The human factor. In general, I recommend the network.

It takes a very long time to serve. The staff artificially creates a queue by being distracted by all sorts of little things. Of the 5 staff members, 1 is on maintenance, the rest are not clear what they are doing. I am very upset with the quality of service. This is not the first time we have encountered this.

I like coffee and pastries here. We often take desserts for children's parties. But the service is very strange. In the morning, a queue gathers, while two of the three employees slowly place price tags, adjust croissants, etc. In my younger years, I worked in a similar cafe in London. I can't imagine a situation there where 10 customers who are in a hurry to work in the morning stand and wait while they put feng shui in the window. You will have a moment to adjust the price tags when the queue settles. Serve your customers!

I didn't like the lemon tartlet very much, the dough is mediocre, the lemon cream is too sour and with an egg flavor, as if the cooking technology is broken.Coffee is normal.
