Excellent location in the very center: 1 min to the town hall square, 19 minutes walk to the sea! Friendly staff, clean, room temperature is regulated. The rooms in the main building are stuffy and have poor sound insulation. But the rooms facing the courtyard are just wonderful! The breakfasts are excellent. There are comfortable armchairs and sofas in the foyer and corridors, and paintings on the walls. An atmospheric place, I recommend it!
The hotel is located in a historic building, close to the main attractions of Tallinn. It's very convenient! The Town Hall Square is about 100 metres from the hotel. The rooms are clean and cozy. The hotel, and especially the restaurant, has a very good antique interior.
Cons-Tiny numbers! The bathroom is probably 2 meters, there is a shower, a toilet, and a sink. It's terrible when you're standing, trying to take a shower, but the drain doesn't work, you're standing with all your feet in water, the curtain doesn't save the toilet from getting foam on it, and the worst thing is that this water spreads all over the "bathroom". No disposable shampoo, brushes, etc. are provided in the rooms, but this is not so scary, because 3*. But there are not even SLIPPERS! Did I come in the winter and have to wear boots? It's really weird... The walls are cardboard. We talked through the wall with our compatriots :) It was fun!
The advantages are a stone's throw from the Town Hall Square. A comfortable bed and clean bed linen. Breakfast is standard: eggs, omelette, sausage, cheese, cottage cheese, pancakes, muesli pickles, tea, coffee, yoghurts. You can eat, do not take fruit drinks, there is no fruit drink, but rose water, really-Just water.
Bottom line-if you intend to walk around the city for days, staying at the hotel only for the night-it will do. If you are used to comfort, cleanliness, and good conditions, then definitely not here.
