I ordered a specialized company for the construction of a 3-room apartment in a frame/panel house (all walls, wiring / wiring are available) https://tial.by I have previously gone through several similar ones. I called in advance, cooperated with another future housemate. The company gave a discount of 40 rubles for a group application. It's a small thing, but it's nice! The day before, the start time was announced. In practice, they arrived earlier than even agreed. Two people with two suitcases of equipment and two backpacks with all the extra gadgets. They work busily, sporadically and without smoke breaks. They answer all the questions asked. In the "standard" acceptance (and there are also more advanced options), they looked so carefully that I myself, even if I had previously had construction experience, might not have paid attention. The 3-room apartment was completed in exactly three hours. The act was drawn up during the inspection, so it did not take additional time. In the end, they explained all the recorded comments and, for clarity, also showed marks on the spot for the detected flaws. They left for a co-operative colleague only after my work was completely completed. Yes, there are cheaper companies. Yes, there are companies with a lot of reviews on the Internet. But then I looked at the acts of comments from other companies, I was not impressed, somehow everything is very general and vague. I am satisfied. And I recommend it if someone has not yet had time to order or is still choosing.

The standard acceptance of an apartment in a new building was carried out. The apartment was thoroughly checked on all points of the standards established for acceptance and deviations were indicated, according to the results, a 2-page defective report was drawn up (defects important for elimination were highlighted in the list).
The master also helped in discussing defects with a representative of the developer.
