For the first time, we purchased concert tickets through Ticketpro - the impressions are terrible. The concert "Lapis 98" was canceled (postponed for six months), the organizers offered to return the money for tickets minus the "service fee". When buying tickets, no "collection" was reported, we only found out about it after we received the tickets by e-mail.
According to the Code of Culture, in our case, the money for the tickets must be returned in FULL, however, in violation of the Law, both the organizer (CHUP Chablis) and Ticketpro refused to refund the full cost of the tickets. We are preparing a lawsuit.
We do not recommend using the services of "Ticketpro", it is better to buy tickets at the box office.
