I bought a ticket through Tikets.kz for a specific time and date. Dummy letters were sent to the post office, no ticket, no information about the date and time of departure. As a result, I had to pull out the ticket through registration, through their website (tikets.kz ). As it turned out, in the end, the departure time did not match the purchased ticket. Support is silent, there is no feedback, the ticket is gone, I had to take the right ticket in a short time through a normal agent.
