We were at Tiffany's in the Port Mall shopping center. A very beautiful and spacious store with a good selection. And the main criterion for me was that the staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed to polish a suspension purchased in another country. I was consulted and told how best to do it. Literally a day later, I received my jewelry as new. Yes, this is not a free service, but it costs many times cheaper if I gave it to ordinary jewelers in Russia. So I advise you. Thanks again to the consultants and the master!

I came to choose a birthday gift for myself, none of the two consultants came up, only after a while, when I repeatedly asked for help with the choice, a woman reluctantly approached me, answered the question about the price of the product, adding that they "actually have a starting price from ... dollars," although I didn't ask that. And she left. It was very unpleasant, there is no customer orientation, there is an assessment of appearance.People who come to Tiffany have an idea that this is not a cheap institution. Spoiled all the mood and desire to buy anything at all in this store.
