A pleasant ethnic-style hotel, a simple but hearty breakfast. Cozy, warm, good location.
There were some shortcomings in my single room (uncomfortable shower and smell, lack of refrigerator). My daughter and her friends lived on the 3rd floor in a room I share. There were no complaints about this number, everything is very good.

A very atmospheric hotel in the center of Tbilisi for a very affordable price. Anyone who wants to experience the local flavor is welcome here. Yes, there are minor issues (lack of water in the cooler on the floor, lack of bathrobes), but in general it is not critical.

An amazing family hotel! We chose it on the recommendation of friends and did not lose it! Wonderful staff, ready to help and solve any problem, speak Russian, English. Excellent breakfasts, very tasty and homemade. The rooms are very clean and beautiful, each in its own style. Good sound insulation and everything you need in the rooms. Also, the hotel has its own connections with guides who are ready to show you the beauty of Georgia.

A hotel with special features, I would say so..the interior is very interesting...but I'm not a fan of this style..I love modern style..the family room is huge, two-storey...the bathroom has all the accessories..there is a fireplace in the room, but I understand it is not functioning, although it can be seen that it was used before..the chairs are like a dust collector, sagging and very old..The breakfast is not bad...I certainly recommend it to fans of this style..There is no parking..where the place will be there and put the car..the location is convenient..in the centre..

A wonderful, wonderful, old-school vintage place. Every corner of the hotel is filled with soul and love. You will not find this anywhere else)) There's sooooooo charisma here!!! Excellent hotel, in a quiet area.
It's quiet in the evening. The breakfast is delicious, always the same, but you won't leave hungry. We lived for 5 days. it was clean and cozy, cleaned up every day, wiped the floor and took out the trash. Of the cons , it smelled in the bathroom . They closed the doors, ventilated them, turned on the air conditioner. And so tea and coffee are served round the clock, the staff is very responsive.

A magnificent, insanely authentic hotel. It is located right in an apartment building. Quiet and cozy. The staff speaks Russian perfectly and, most importantly, does not pretend that they do not know it. The stunning interior is just a location for a photo session.

A small hotel, located in the "old town" on a quiet street. Very atmospheric! I wanted to look at every corner! The breakfasts are quite modest, but you will not stay hungry! Friendly staff. Of the cons: there is poor WiFi on the 3rd floor, I had to go down to the reception, the water in the shower goes badly. And yet - in some rooms, people with above-average height are uncomfortable.

Friendly staff. Hearty, delicious breakfasts. 10 minutes from the metro and the Wine gallery wine store. The interior is very cool. The bathroom accessories are all there. Snow-white bed linen. This is a great place to stay. Far from the center, but whatever. We spent 1 night. I wanted to be photographed in every corner! A very old building and an interesting design. Comfortably. There are breakfasts that look even delicious. I haven't eaten. The staff is helpful and helps with everything you ask for. They even gave me a pill for my stomach. Tbilisi is a place of strength and freedom for me. Where I always find something new, even in places where I have already been.
Going on another trip, I accidentally found this hotel and realized that I want to live here.
A quiet street in the closest proximity to the metro, an old building, the interior of the hotel itself is ideal for me. Even such a "disadvantage", as some write in reviews about the lack of lighting, is not a disadvantage for me.
This house takes us back to the past, when there were no bright bulbs and the light was given, with more, candles. And the one who was engaged in the construction and decoration brought us as close as possible to that era. Candelabra, vases, chandeliers, a lot of beautiful little things fit perfectly into the interior, complementing its certain originality. You catch on thoughts: "Am I in a museum?" A-n-no! I live here!))
As a result, I can say that you can live in renovated hotels in any city of any country. Dim light and sometimes creaking floorboards only add to the charm. For me, the main thing is the atmosphere and people. And the people in this place are wonderful! I felt at home here.

Very authentic, but:
1. there was no window in our room, instead there was a dark stained glass window and somewhere further on the light shone through, in the morning you could not understand the morning or the night, it is impossible to be in the room without light.
2. there was a curtain in the shower, but the water still fell on the floor and the floor was wet.
3. The room itself was quite small, above the toilet room there was a type of second floor and there was a bed. And there was no outlet.
4. I couldn't live more than 2 days in a room without a window.
Pros - the staff is friendly and Slavic. The breakfast is sufficient, without frills, but you will not stay hungry.
Conclusions - stay for 1-2 nights - OK, I wouldn't do it anymore. The hotel is centrally located in a quiet side street. An interesting place.

What an amazing hotel!
I arrived late at night, but they were waiting for me on purpose and heated the room for my arrival so that I would be warm.
The room has everything you need - towels, shampoos, toothbrushes, etc.
Very beautiful design of the hotel and the room. It's incredibly colorful.
Breakfast was included. Oh! It wasn't just breakfast, it was a continuous supply of food that I barely escaped, otherwise I would have been fed to death.
The staff is all Russian-speaking, endlessly sweet and friendly.
The location is good. The place is quiet, safe, 30 minutes walk to Independence Square.
Of course, there is Wi-Fi.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!!! The best hotel in Tbilisi of all where I stayed.

The room is very cool! We booked a room on the 2nd floor. This is a family room. Mega-authentic! I wanted to photograph every detail. I really liked it! The service is decent. Attentive and caring staff.
The breakfasts are not very varied, a table is served for each room. But everything is at home)). Cute.

The hotel is located in the center - it is very convenient to get there by bike and by car. The staff is very friendly. The rooms surprise with sophistication and thoughtfulness.
Of the minuses, the light bulb in the toilet blinks when turned off (does not interfere) :))
Make the street pedestrian and you will not hear the noise of cars.
There are much more advantages.
