A great hotel in a super cool location. The rooms are clean, everything you need is available. For me personally, if there is an iron in the room, the hotel is super right away! There is one here) Sulfur baths right under the hotel, 3 minutes to the old town. You can also take a boat ride along the river. Book safely!
The best hotel in the center of old Tbilisi!
Excellent, friendly, friendly staff starting from the reception!
The hotel rooms are suitable for every taste and budget.
The location of the hotel is good, the views from the hotel are amazing!
There are a lot of mistakes in the work of the hotel. The only thing that is impeccable is the reception staff, the speed of check-in, the maids and the quality of cleaning. The cleaning was just amazing, that's how it was at home! The air conditioning in the hotel is good, which was very important in the heat. And the rest... Breakfast is terrible. Meager, squalid, monotonous. There was absolutely nothing to eat, only fruits were more or less. Porridge every other day was given rice and buckwheat, which do not even know how to cook properly. Tea bags are the cheapest. There is no coffee machine for breakfast in such a pretentious hotel! How is this even possible? As a result, instead of coffee, a terrible swill is served in a thermos jug. The restaurant staff at breakfast is extremely unprofessional. No one says hello(!) and they immediately ask for the room number. They do not speak Russian emphatically, however, with English, which they are trying to speak, it is absolutely a disaster. I have fluent spoken English, but the restaurant staff is not able to communicate in it. They do not monitor the running out of dishes and drinks at breakfast, the appliances, the cleanliness on the tables and in the hall. It's just a shame to work like this, gentlemen. What else? The price of the rooms does not match the quality. We had a superior room with a balcony. We paid $1,700 for the week. The room is uncomfortable, the balcony is cramped and in full view for two adjacent rooms, right next to them. There is no furniture for things, no chest of drawers, no bedside tables. There are no shelves in the closet and not enough hangers. We couldn't fully accommodate our clothes and underwear... All this caused extreme annoyance, because we came to relax at the luxury level, and not to solve endless everyday problems. To top it all off, a light bulb in a table lamp exploded and knocked out the plugs... In general, it's a so-so vacation.
The main indisputable advantage of this hotel is the panoramic rooftop restaurant. But the staff there is also extremely unprofessional and also does not speak either English or Russian. The restaurant's menu is primitive, some of the dishes are simply substandard, for example, it is impossible to chew beef ribs. In general, the impressions of this hotel are rather negative.
