At the moment I am in this hotel 👌the hotel is not bad, everything is wonderful, near the square, literally everything is available, within walking distance, good location,Nice staff, they will always help at the reception, answer all questions,breakfast-you will not stay hungry,a nice girl will feed 👍If you do not have excessive needs, I advise you to stop in this hotel, the room rate is excellent. Thanks to the staff for the warm welcome.I'll be in Yerevan, I'll stay here, I liked everything, everything is wonderful!
A great hotel for a pleasant price. It is located in the very center of Yerevan, 5 minutes on foot from Republic Square, all the sights are within walking distance. Brand new room, plumbing, furniture, bed linen. The child was provided with an extra bed instead of sleeping on the couch. A good, hearty breakfast. And special thanks to the staff, they were very hospitable, warmly welcomed and treated.
The location is convenient, in the center, the staff is friendly. That's all the advantages. The room is on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator, respectively, with a suitcase on foot. The view from the windows to the roof, wall and construction site. There is a subway running nearby - the whole building is shaking. The rooms are very tired, our room did not have curtains in the shower, water flowed in all directions, the watering can was broken, splashed through cracks in all directions, the toilet seat on the toilet is from another model, installed awry, towels are old, air conditioning with faulty blinds, blew strictly on the bed, because it hangs directly above it It won't work at night, the socket is only on one side of the bed, the mattress is old, with a dependent spring block, this is when one person turns over - the second feels. It's a pity that you don't know all these little things when booking. The only available room, which was offered to us in return, looks even worse, we had to move to another hotel.
Dear hotel staff, please repair the rooms in a timely manner, and not after the guests tell you to do so.
A very big plus is the location of the hotel, literally a 3-minute walk from Republic Square! Very friendly staff.
One of the disadvantages is a very modest breakfast, we stayed for 3 days, all these days the same thing and a choice of literally 4 dishes.
We also need to take into account that the subway runs under the hotel and, living on the 2nd floor, we could hear it perfectly. In principle, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms and the corridor. 😅
A very intimate family hotel in the heart of Yerevan. To the friendly staff, especially in the person of the beautiful Sylvia, thank you so much! We are always ready to help, tell you and not formally approach any issue. Decent breakfasts and wonderful strong aromatic coffee! Beautiful Yerevan, see you soon!!!
The hotel is in terrible condition. When we arrived to settle in, it felt like we had come to a furniture factory. The staff said that they had closed the second of the hotels and they had moved the garbage, there is no other way to call it, to this one. We printed out the documents, five times they told us that they had delicious breakfasts and we went to the room. And then the horror. I have never felt such fear even in my nightmares. Cobwebs meet you everywhere, the toilet is smelly, hair is scattered in every corner. There are some old papers under the bed, and the pillow smells like dogs slept on it.
Another huge disadvantage is that there is a metro station under the hotel. A lying representative said that the subway is no longer working at 10 pm, it works even at 12 at night. The guys were very bragging about the buffet. It is a pity that it is not possible to post a video response. Of the 5 people who were at breakfast, only the cockroaches ate, of which there are a lot. We asked for a refund for the remaining nights, which was sweetly refused. Then, after consulting among themselves, they returned half of it. NEVER SETTLE HERE.
Everything is great!!! The staff is attentive, polite, and helpful! The room is spacious and clean. The location is convenient! One delight and pleasure! There are no words to express gratitude!)
Nice hotel. Very pleasant service, a beautiful girl at the reception, Sabina (if I'm not mistaken with the name), she's just lovely, she will always help, chat and tell you
The only thing that is very audible on the ground floor is the subway, on the second and third it is quieter.
The location is wonderful, near Republic Square, squares and other attractions. The metro is also nearby. And the market is big nearby. The hotel is good, there is a hairdryer, kettle, cups in the room. The staff is friendly and courteous. In the evening, you can hear trains in the subway, but not critically. I recommend
A good hotel, all the sights are within walking distance, near a convenience store. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the staff is very helpful. There is a nuance, there is no parking and you can hear the subway a little.
I was in transit in Yerevan, spent the night at this hotel for several hours.I booked a regular room, and I was settled in a euro room, for two, with a wide bed)they told me to get a better night's sleep, it's nice to have that attitude)the hotel is located in the very center of the city, which is very affordable and convenient in order to see the city, I managed to get around the entire center and even more in a few hours! The room was great, everything you needed!very attentive attitude to tourists:they lifted my suitcase to the 3rd floor, I was allowed to leave my things before the plane after eviction, from minus, in the morning I heard the subway going, I thought it was street trams, but no. Otherwise, everything is great!I recommend it!
Friendly staff, nice room, convenient location, close to the center

They provided absolutely the wrong room (allegedly there is no light in the reserved room, since it was turned off in the building. But it is unclear how in the same building in some rooms the light was centrally turned off, and in some it was not. And why can't you check into the room if the lights are turned off temporarily. But come on)))
We were shown three dead rooms, completely different from what I had booked. But after 10 hours on the road and a day without sleep, I didn't have the strength to look for something else. Probably, this is the calculation in this institution. As a result, the room was dirty, the air conditioner in one of the rooms did not work, and the TV did not work in the second. And at 9 a.m., sleep was interrupted thanks to an eerily loud working bump right outside the window. I would not recommend this "hotel" to anyone, it was terrible. The girl at the reception did not even apologize for the room changes and in general, gave the impression that she was doing a favor, not her job. In the photo, for example, a dirty sofa with stains (and torn decorative pillowcases on it, which were put on it to cover other stains. And a dirty shower)
Disgusting, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
The reality of the suite room does not correspond at all to what is stated even on the bookend ... empty towels, fragmented floors, cabinets and cupboards. There are some old used candlesticks behind the curtain... tin krch
The hotel is not worth the money, there are many better options for the same amount.
The view from the window is visible in the photo, almost everything is inconveniently done in the room. Terrible bed linen, uncomfortable shower. The room itself is ugly, I highly recommend it.
It was cozy, we only came to spend the night in Yerevan and drove all over Armenia from North to South. The rooms are clean, but there is also a minus for those who need "silence ", you can hear how the subway works
there are no special complaints about the hotel, the convenient location is close to the center. of the minuses, you can hear the metro, which is located right under the hotel, and the negative administrator is a Russophobe named Sergey.
The task was to get a budget sleep before the flight. But I wouldn't stop. Two advantages: cheap and friendly staff. But the hotel is dirty, shabby, the view from the window is on the ruins, although the center.
We stayed at this Tigran Metz hotel from 01/29/22 to 02/04/2022. The price-quality ratio is perfect. It is located in the very center - very convenient. Responsive and caring staff. Special thanks to Armen - he always solved any issue quickly. The rest was a success. I recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel. Good polite staff, but there is one caveat. There is a subway under the hotel, which is why it is noisy on the ground floor. I advise you to take a room on the second or third floor.

Very convenient location-4 minutes to the center. Nice, clean rooms.
It should be borne in mind that there are no breakfasts. But in the immediate vicinity of restaurants and coffee shops.
In cool weather, the room is cold, heating is not included
Well, what can I say... They were in October 2021..
The location is very good, that's all the advantages.
A subway line runs under the hotel, from which the entire building shudders and the noise of the subway reaches you.
A separate HORROR is the breakfasts. I really hope that the Owners will read my review and correct the situation. Upon check-in, we were told that breakfast at the hotel is from 9:00 -10:30. What was our surprise when at 9:20 the receptionist rang, who informed us that our breakfast was ready and asked us to come down.. (thank God we were already awake at that moment.. because if this call had woken me up after a hard flight, I would have yelled at him a lot) ok. Exactly 5 minutes later we go down to the reception, and then we are escorted to the basement room, where it is already set for 10 people... We sit down at the table and put fried eggs from 1 egg, boiled pasta, and eggplant caviar in a plate... It's all in one plate.. And all ATTENTION, COLD!!!! next we go, pour tea, next to it (I'm not exaggerating) there are 8 pieces of matured cheese. Next, pita bread and, in my opinion, yogurt . That's all. Of course, the rest of the days we unplugged the phone from the socket and went to coffee shops for breakfast. Upon arrival, when the administrator asked if we liked everything and, they say, I called you to invite you to breakfast, I decided to express my opinion about the breakfasts to him... In response to the fact that all the food was cold, he said that we had been down for a long time, and everything had cooled down🤣
Dear guests of the hotel, please :
1. explain to the staff that it is not necessary to wake up the guests, and at least ask if we want to wake up from a sudden call from the reception
2. In no hotel in the world (and I have seen more than 200 hotels) do they cook scrambled eggs in advance!!!
It is much easier to ask a guest that he will have scrambled eggs or an omelet and cook it in front of him, as they do in all hotels.
The service is terrible. If there is a terminal , they were sent to cash out at an ATM . The room was shabby, the bathroom was covered in mold and a huge cockroach was running around . I lay down to rest after the road , the subway rumbles so that the whole building shudders . And the hostess asked twice to give a good grade , what kind of naive , for what ? If only for the location , but otherwise a failure
The location of the hotel is convenient. But the rooms need renovation. It's dirty. The service is low, even by local standards. Cards are not accepted for payment, they sent us to look for an ATM. After the stay, they now call and ask to put a score of 10 points on the booking.
Everything was fine, the room was pleasant, clean, excellent curtains (light is not allowed at all). You can get a good night's sleep.
Everything is OK, except that we were woken up by a call at 9 a.m. (they said that breakfast was already set for us), and when we came down, cold fried eggs, noodles and squash caviar were waiting for us...
The hotel was pleased, breakfast was not
