At the production stage, there was a delay in delivery, some additional options paid for (tinted door (bronze) to the steam room forgot to make - the money was not returned and was not redone. Production defects were eliminated at first, then they said we have a lot of orders - we will not redo them. The warranty period has passed, a lot has been done in the bathhouse for care - impregnation, ventilation, but today the door does not close, steam escapes between the floor and walls. The advantages are excellent design, a large selection of models. The quality and service leave much to be desired.
