But the problem is that sometimes you have to call the waiters several times. The place is located in the center and there are many other cafes and restaurants nearby. The atmosphere is great! It is very cozy to sit and chat, since the tables are not very close. Food and drinks are also on the level. Here you can often meet people who are sitting on laptops and working / studying. It is worth noting about the restroom, which is huge here compared to other coffee shops. I definitely recommend it, it is suitable for a date, for work, and for business meetings. The only drawback, if it can be considered a disadvantage of the cafe, is not very convenient parking. But what can you do, the location in the city center always has this disadvantage.

Very poor service, we ordered pizza, pancakes and cheesecakes and asked the waiter, "will the pizza come first, then everything else?" he said yes. As a result, only one person brings cheesecakes first (and there were three of us), so everyone had to eat cheesecakes for now. Then he brings pancakes and after 5 minutes only pizza.
We complained to the administrator, but he didn't care about it at all and just apologized. And the table was not cleaned, napkins were lying all the time and they were not taken away.

We have been to a coffee shop several times, and only once there was a decent cappuccino, espresso is always tasteless, and a double espresso is brought with a cup of 100-150 ml of a drink that they try to pass off as a double espresso, although the institution positions itself as experts in coffee. The food is never at 5, the fried eggs are overcooked, the toasts are either undercooked or overcooked with black corners, they can bring avocados with black spots, rubber pancakes. But the staff is trying very hard. 3 stars for your efforts and in the hope that at least something will be fixed

A manager named Nikita is not at all customer-oriented, rude and impolite, how can having such a manager count on the politeness of the staff.

In justification, I heard an order from Nikita not to raise his voice and if there are complaints to write on Instagram, Nikita is absolutely not concerned about the reputation of the institution,

I came for the first time, for a very long time I doubted whether to go to this place at all, in the end I ordered a salmon steak, they brought OK, I'm just starting to cut in the middle it looks like a flat worm. The waiter immediately reacted and took the plate away, he had very surprised eyes. They offered to redo it, it's terrible. Then they offered to order something else, I refused. As a result, the admin did not approach us. At the exit, I asked who the admin was, to which he immediately began to justify that it was cheese or streaks in salmon, such an attitude, to admit guilt for them is a crime straight. It's a pity I didn't have time to take a picture, everything was clear there and so. A friend ordered pasta, it was also not tasty. I don't recommend this place to anyone 🫣

It's expensive, tasty and atmospheric, there are nuances, not all the dishes on the menu are worth the money, but basically everything is fine. The waiters are not that slow, rather they are simply not enough. For example: I sat down, my order was promptly accepted, they cooked for 45 minutes (very, very long for pasta), when the food was already served, I wanted to order tea, it was hard enough to call the waiter, he was always busy, eventually decided not to order tea and make do with what is on the table.
In general, the establishment is in the spirit of modern coffee shops, but I will not say that the coffee is the best in the city, of course, rather mediocre, despite the fact that they roast their own beans.
My suggestion is to add 1-2 runners or full-fledged waiters during rush hour, or put a waiter call button, but I don't even know about the kitchen, if there's not enough space (I didn't build the kitchen), then there's nothing to do in general, you can certainly think about the blanks, but then it will affect taste, so I don't have any suggestions here, so I won't criticize too much!
