They went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect, from the swift check-in process to accommodating my special requests with ease. Excellent! We had a family vacation in September 2024. A small cozy hotel. Convenient location! Polite staff. I really liked the service, cleanliness in the rooms. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty! We helped with parking the car. Special thanks to the service staff, starting from the administrators, the employees who keep the hotel clean, the guys who meet the guests, as well as the chefs. If possible, we will come back here again!)

Great Hotel. We were in early December. We were warmly welcomed and helped with things. They gave valuable tips on walking around Old Tbilisi. The room is clean. Everything works. The Wi-Fi works well. The dining room is on the 5th floor. Excellent all-round view of the Old Town. Meals are served buffet style. Everything is delicious! The staff is wonderful. There were no problems with the Russian language. The staff are friendly, polite and pleasant people! Upon leaving the Hotel, a taxi was called. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the airport. I recommend.
