We needed cabinet furniture according to our own design. I calculated everything, drew everything, went to Timberland. They sent me there right away, supposedly they had everything by appointment and the next one was in two weeks, although there was no one in the store, the consultants were free, they were on their phones and did nothing. They also said that you need to fill out an order form and send it to Viber, otherwise if an employee fills them out, you need to pay for it, and the amount of filling is quite high. You also need to take away the remains of the chipboard from them, even if there is one small piece on the sheet, you need to buy the whole sheet. I agreed, did as they said, filled out the form and sent it to Viber. The answer came only on the fourth day. I analyzed their cutting option, changed something, adjusted it so that there were minimal leftovers and sent it again, that was the end of it, no reply or greetings. I decided not to contact Timberland anymore, went to another cutting company, where the girls immediately filled out everything on the spot, calculated everything, changed something, corrected it, even they kept the remains of the chipboard. As a result, within a month I already had the furniture ready, and without all this circus of recording coupons, and discussing the project on Viber. The only advantage of Timberland is that they have a greater choice of materials than other companies. That's probably why the attitude towards customers is so indifferent and biased.

A huge selection of lumber for the kitchen, we found what we were looking for without any problems. The only production needs to wait 1.5-2 months, so you need to be prepared for this and plan the kitchen in advance.
