Great! We go to the specified address, and there a sweet young lady informs us that we made a mistake with the address. They say they have an office here, and with orders you need to go to the other side of the city, to Trolleybusnaya Street. At this point, I wanted to answer her something and maybe even wish her, but I changed my mind, the mood was good, the weather was great. We arrive at Trolleybusnaya Street, the store is rather big, it looks decent, the same bored young ladies are at computers, there are no visitors. I ask who I can talk to about the cutting order and get an answer: "And we have an appointment. You have to make an appointment beforehand, and only then... now all the specialists are busy." What??? To the store by appointment? Do I need to make an appointment to order a cut? Guys, I didn't come to a health facility. Did you get anything wrong? Who's doing what for you? I've been to two addresses of your wonderful office, but I haven't seen any busy people or customers. With such an attitude towards customers, it is better to look for someone else, since there is a choice.
