The location of the hotel is convenient, the metro is nearby, 5-7 min walk. There are also shops within walking distance.
The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed daily. The breakfasts are varied, delicious, a large selection, various ripe fruits, etc.
Transfer 3 rubles per day to the beach to the Marina and back.
The pool is good, towels were provided by the pool, there were enough sun loungers.
The staff is friendly, friendly, all questions were answered and guided.

I really liked the hotel. Location, service on the top five. Close to the metro and a free bus to JBR beach several times a day. The room was surprised - it is very large, there is a large hall with a dining table and sofas, a separate kitchen with all kinds of appliances, a separate bedroom with a large bed. But, as it turned out, all this is not very functional. There is a washing machine, a dishwasher, but there is no washing powder and tablets for the dishwasher, as well as dishwashing detergents (although there are dishes). At the same time, there is a stove, oven, kettle, hair dryer, ironing board, even scales in the bathroom. There is also no clothes dryer, although it is very necessary. The service is excellent. An adapter for a local outlet was provided free of charge at the reception. There are no separate towels for the beach, but no one forbade taking white ones from the bathroom, they even put another one while we were on the beach. There is a large pool with cooled water.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Attentive and sensitive attitude of the staff, cozy room, cleanliness, silence. The food is varied, everything is delicious and fresh!!! We spent a lot of time in the pool. There you can not only swim, bask in the Jacuzzi, but also sunbathe. If I have the opportunity to visit Dubai, I will choose this hotel.

Great city hotel. It is located in the Khorsham district. There is a metro station nearby in 3 minutes on foot. The hotel has its own swimming pool and a small playground. There is a shuttle bus to the beach, and an 84 bus stop to the Marina is 30 meters away. A great breakfast, either an omelet or scrambled eggs will be prepared at your request. The staff is great.

The rooms are very spacious, my friends and I got rooms of 50m2, well, straight comfort: kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1.8x1.8 bed, 2 exits to the loggia.
Not without flaws, for example, furniture facades, doors are worn, the oven is dirty, sticky
But, I didn't come to sit in the room, I paid attention to all this once during my entire vacation. I used the oven once, because meals were not included, I can say it was very functional
There is a kettle, many cups of wine glasses, glasses, plates, pots. Cool!
They are cleaned daily and very quickly.

A wonderful hotel! They are cleaned every day! Special attention to the bed, very comfortable. The sun is always on the pool from 9-17 o'clock. The staff is very friendly, always ready to help with any questions! but!!! The rooms are shabby and require renovation and repairs. The rooms, which are covered with carpet, have a peculiar odor that cannot be eroded.

We lived for one week in October. Three of us were accommodated in a two-room room. The room has two bathrooms, a kitchen area, a washing machine, and a balcony. The furniture wasn't very new, but it didn't bother. Clean linen, bathrobes, slippers. Good breakfasts, the staff responds immediately to requests. Swimming pool, gym. There are several grocery stores nearby in 10 minutes by metro. A cafe where you can have a snack. I recommend the hotel.

We had a rest in November 2019, a super hotel near the metro and a lot of cafes where you can have a snack! I advise this hotel to take only breakfast! The room had a kitchen and all the accessories. A huge pool on the 2nd floor there is also a Jacuzzi in the locker room there is a hamam sauna in both men's and women's heated for 20 minutes at your request. The pool is open from 7 am to 22.00. The food is excellent, there is something to choose (a buffet table) a deposit of 1000 is written on the website, strangely we paid only 15 dirhams per day, this is 1620 rubles for 6 nights tourist fee. I highly recommend only this hotel to all my friends and acquaintances! I would give it 5 stars!!!

We rested at the hotel from November 24 to November 30, 2019. The hotel was very pleasant, friendly staff, although they do not speak Russian. They found a way to explain themselves. The hotel is clean, towels were changed every day, bed linen in 2-3 days. Very tasty breakfasts. The only negative is that I didn't like the transfer to the beach. The bus arrives at the hotel already full, there are no seats. From our hotel stops at 2 more hotels. It turns out that one 20-seater bus has to pick up people from 4 hotels. And in the morning there is only one bus. It turns out, get as you want. We had to take a taxi to the beach every day. The administration should reconsider the issue of transfer to the beach. If you correct this question, there will be no complaints about the hotel. The metro is 5 minutes away, the area is good, there is a nice swimming pool.
