In general, I really liked the place, but the restroom wasn't that convenient ( it wasn't spacious but was clean). I wanted to eat Alfred pasta but in this branch they don't cook it for some reason.

It's a great place — like a hookah bar, it's just gorgeous. I would even say this is the best place in Seoul Moon territory.
First of all, I would like to mention the polite and friendly staff. They are easy to communicate with, they perfectly understand the jokes and the mood of the guests.
Secondly— there is a great selection of tobacco products, even those items that my friends and I have not been able to find for 5 years are available here. It really pleased me.
The atmosphere is very pleasant — cozy atmosphere, relaxing music, beautiful view. The outdoor terrace is especially steep: it's a pleasure to sit there. Plus, the guys from the staff regularly come to change the coals (about every 7-10 minutes), they don't forget about anyone, it's rare to find it anywhere.
If it gets cold, blankets or assistance with transferring inside are offered without unnecessary requests. It is clear that the establishment monitors the level of service and respects its guests. This is especially felt in comparison with other hookah bars in the same area (which I have already written about earlier).
I definitely recommend it. The level is top.

We were here today. Hookahs are good, the guys are trying, the place is new. But there are a few unpleasant moments:
1) when scanning the menu using a qr code, the price of a hookah is 180k, but when they bring a check there is 200. This is at least unfair to the visitor. When asked about the price, they say that the QR code is common to all branches. Well, they don't do business like that. The visitor should know how much the services are provided for him
2) huge black beetles are running around the first floor. In the 3 hours that we spent there, we killed two such black beetles, not the most pleasant sight
3) after 1:20, we stopped changing coals. There was not a single replacement for 20 minutes, the hookah immediately deflated
4) we often go to another timekeeper and in general hookahs are smoked there longer
5) not the cleanest toilets
