We are always ready to answer and solve all questions, organize the wishes of vacationers. The hotel has a very cozy and homely atmosphere. Comfortable conditions have been created on the territory of the hotel, everything is very well maintained. In one word, "beauty is all around us." It is an 8-minute walk from the hotel to the sea shore, which is very convenient. On the way to the sea, you can see beautiful landscaping, vegetation and memorable places. If you want to visit New Gagra.... I recommend staying at the Timur Hotel. A wonderful place to relax. 10 minutes walk to the sea. On the way to the sea there is a canteen and cafes, shops and a square. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is snow-white, the staff is friendly and ready to help in case of difficulties. A kind and affectionate guard dog. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV, Wi-Fi. There is a kitchen, shower, toilet. In general, everything you need for a good rest. If we want to go to Gagra again, we will stay in Timur. The prices are reasonable.

We rested at the Timur Hotel from 8.10 to 13.10.2024. We called Madina, offered two hotels to choose from: Sabina and Timur, ordered a transfer, brought her to Timur, we liked the large courtyard with a huge number of flowers. It smells like this in Sabina, although it is closer to the sea. We offered a 3-bed room for two with an additional fee, since the 2-bed room was not cleaned. They stayed. We went up to the 3rd floor and were stunned by the view of the embankment.In the evening, the beauty is indescribable. The sea is 7 minutes away along the beautiful Park of Glory, the market and shops are nearby. The room is spacious with lots of furniture and mirrors. Hot water did not always flow immediately in the bathroom, I think because of the small number of guests, I had to drain it.They did not drink water from the tap, they immediately bought it at the Assorted store.The kitchen is normal, at these prices, a lot of dishes, the stove cooks quickly, 2 refrigerators, plus a large refrigerator in the room, the sea was great, the weather is also super.The road did not bother me, although, of course, everything is around, everything is unfinished, collapse and ruin. But we liked the Timur hotel, clean, clean linen, 2 towels, you need to take your own soap and soap, except for liquid hand soap, everything is more expensive in stores than in Sochi. We hitched a ride back to Psou, you can easily catch it by the road and inexpensively..After crossing the border, we quietly took a bus to Adler.. We stayed at the hotel with two families. Good location, within walking distance of shops, canteens, cafes and evening entertainment. The rooms are clean, cleaning on demand, bed linen and towels are clean, the staff is friendly, the view from the balcony is gorgeous. The only thing is power outages, but this is basically normal for Abkhazia))) In general, we were satisfied.

Finally got around to writing a review. There was an early booking from 10.06 to 17.06, and it turned out that we arrived earlier. I contacted the administrator (before crossing the border), explained that we arrived a day earlier, I was told not to worry and they would check whether our room was available or not (if it was busy, we would put you in another one for one night). Our room was free and waiting for us. We arrived late at 21:00, we were already expected, warmly welcomed, everything was shown and told. We had a family vacation with 2 children, the room was two-room, cozy, clean. Each room has air conditioning, TV. The view from the room is simply gorgeous, on one side the sea, on the other the mountains. 5-7 minutes to the sea, there is a Playground on site. The receptionist was always in touch 24/7 for any questions, and excursions were also booked through her. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and the atmosphere!We were satisfied, we will come again!

In the photo, the manager sent one room, in fact, a room from the USSR. Moreover, it is not the most well-groomed. The suite is actually a deep worn-out economy room. Suite means there is a toilet and shower in the room, and the rest is not important. The standard has facilities on the floor. We stayed because we were tired from the road.
The WiFi is good, the TV, the air conditioning are all working properly.
Cleaning on demand, there is a shared washing machine for a fee. Not A Bad Dining Room.
When we checked in, we were not on the lists. I had to show the correspondence in WhatsApp, checks and called someone to find out.

We rested in this mini-hotel for 2 weeks in July 2022, in the center of novaya Gagra, near many canteens and grocery stores. In principle, the hotel is not bad, budget. The room is more clean (cleaning and linen change is carried out at your request, as it is convenient for you), there is a dining room, a very beautiful woman works in it, who cooks very tasty Thanks to her very much for her work- photo attached (prices are higher by 10-30p than in neighboring canteens) and a summer kitchen where you can cook. Beautiful view from the veranda to the Ferris wheel, 5-7 minutes walk to the beach, through a terrible pedestrian crossing (photo attached) probably there are such crossings everywhere in Abkhazia, because drivers are not used to giving way. When it was raining heavily, the wall leaked, not much, but unpleasant. The ascent to the hotel is more suitable for the young, because it will be very difficult for the elderly to climb.
The general hotel is good, if you have a limited budget, there are rooms from the housekeeper (shared shower and toilet) to the suite. We were satisfied, you will not regret coming.

A lot of positive emotions, we are glad that we got to such a cozy place with a convenient location!Everything is clean, both in the room and in the courtyard, friendly hosts,we arrived early and were immediately able to check in (at 9:30 instead of the usual 13:00), we are also grateful for organizing our trips to various attractions, it made our rest easier, without thinking where and how to get there, just chose what I wanted to visit and that's it, they took us and brought us, they also treated us to wine on the way!Despite the fact that almost every route already includes various tastings.We were very impressed with the excursions!The administrator Madina is pleasant and friendly, always in touch, will help with everything and tell you.It is convenient that there is a cafe on the territory where you can eat tasty and inexpensive food.We only regret that we didn't have time to watch everything because of our limited vacation time, but this will be an excuse to come again!I am sure that we will come back here again and again!Have an easy job and more grateful customers!

Hello) we had a rest in Timur from 09/16/12 to 09/18/12 , we came for the weekend , because we temporarily live and work in Adler) we really liked it, the staff is friendly, they will tell us everything) the rooms are as described) we booked economy, because there were no empty seats in the suite, the only drawbacks are that the bathroom is shared on the floor, but I initially understood that it would be like this) the rooms are very clean, there is also all the necessary information in the folder) the location of the hotel is magnificent to the sea and really 7 minutes, near the water park , the wheel ferris wheel , nearby the local market) we were by car, so we managed to visit the island on our own.Ritsa , it is an hour away - we are absolutely delighted) in general, we will definitely return again to this wonderful hotel 👍🌞

Good afternoon. I would like to leave a review about staying in this place. Geographically well located near the beach , park , bus stop , you can watch the trains . There is a wonderful woman cook in the cafe next to the house. The food is no frills taste, price and quality are consistent. The rooms are not cleaned unless you ask. Towels and blankets were given out the next day , the drawers are dirty and stink of detergents and dust . When someone washes in your room, you can hear it. It 's cold at night , so we slept with our clothes on . Many people live there with children, but there is nothing but a playground for children. You take no water from the tap. One day we just got poisoned . The consequences of poisoning are still being treated . The staff is not all friendly. Only Sabina and an elderly man were attentive to us , I don 't know who he works there . There was a conflict with the kitchen worker. When I accidentally passed the knife from the shared kitchen with the dishes they have for the cafe . He cursed me and threatened to kill me . In the end, I just ruined the impression of this beautiful place.

The front door wouldn't open, the lock was stuck. The bed linen is stained, not the first freshness, lying on the bed is disgusting. The pillows smell damp. And in general, the room has a stale smell. Not all cabinets have handles, the doors creak from them, the bedside tables and the bed are shabby. The walls are full of holes and cracks. There is dirt and cobwebs next to the bed and under the bed, it is clear that cleaning is not carried out in a proper way. The hanger in the bathroom is held on snot, the nails are all rusty. The toilet is dirty, it smells like sewage. There was no light in it for several days. The air conditioner in the room did not work immediately, but in order to turn it on, you need to connect it to an adapter that will hang directly over your head. The path to the hotel is terrible, you need to overcome a steep slope, it is difficult for even a trained person to climb. There is a dog on the territory of the hotel that sticks to everyone, sleeps on the couch, where people then sit. There is a cafe at the hotel, its prices are expensive for small portions, and you will be shortchanged when invoicing. There are all the same disadvantages in the economy room, but it has a bad Wi-Fi plus. There is also a Playground on site and if you are unlucky enough to have a room and the windows will overlook it, then you will constantly hear the creaking of the swing and the hubbub of children.

It took a long time to decide with my husband where to go for a vacation. We chose Abkhazia, and this hotel was found through a group on one of the well-known social networks. Arriving in Adler, we crossed the border, and were met by the hostess of this hotel, Elena. She told interesting stories, seemed like a good person (everything turned out to be wrong). We got to the guest house in 40 minutes by car. At first glance, the house made an impression. When Elena showed the number, they were shocked. It did not match what was stated, there were many disadvantages. Without a safety net, dirty plumbing. knot. But Elena found a way out very quickly, "made a discount", we had nowhere to go at 6 a.m., we stayed. We paid the full amount in 10 days (we regretted it)We rested, decided to go to the sea, everything was fine. When we went back to the guest house, we experienced a huge shock!!! Very little is written about it, but the LOCATION of the house is TERRIBLE!!! A huge mountain that you have to climb after the sea. It turned out not to be a vacation, but a marathon of climbing a mountain.
Elena has a very grumpy sister Agafya, who looks at everyone as if a million had been stolen from her. And we just wanted to cook and eat in their kitchen. When we left, no one told us goodbye, except Maria (the woman who cleans this house. The feeling that she is a hostage there)
Faced with all this, we came to the following conclusion: Abkhazia is not a country of the soul, but a country of money laundering from tourists.

We lived in Timur from September 7 to September 13. A very pleasant place. The room is clean. The bed, towels-everything is well washed. Changing towels and linen, as well as cleaning the room, is done on request-when you need it. There are several verandas with tables where you can sit and eat. In the room we had a TV, refrigerator,air conditioning, hair dryer. There is a small kitchen in the courtyard. You can cook something yourself. The sea is a 7-minute walk away. You cross the road and continue along the pedestrian zone with benches and greenery. On the way to the sea, there is a dining room right on this boulevard. It's quite budget-friendly and delicious. It works from 8 to 19. There are always a lot of people, but they serve quickly and there were always enough tables. We also recommend the dining room. There is also a Ferris wheel nearby, children's carousels. A little further, about 1 block along the embankment to the left, there is a water park and a large playground.
We liked both the guest house and the location very much. It is quiet, comfortable, cozy and the sea is nearby.We wanted to live there for 5 days, then move to another place, as a result we stayed until the end of the vacation)))

To our indignation, they replied that we had booked a room in just a day, not a month. After we said that we would call the booking office, we were taken to Timur, settled in a triple room. In general, the hotel is nice, the room was normal, but it is located further than the one we booked from both the beach and the train station. There is a large dangerous intersection nearby, which is difficult to cross.
But the main drawback is, of course, the lottery with numbers. You're going to have no idea whether to settle in at all and, if they do, where to. The presence of an approved reservation does not guarantee anything

We booked a suite on the 3rd floor and made an advance payment.
Upon arrival, we were put in a completely different room for the same money, at a much lower level.
But there was nowhere to go, I had to stay, because it was problematic to find something decent there in the early days.
The hostess is Elena, inadequate.
At first she said that we had not agreed on a suite, and then at all that we should have thanked her for giving us rooms at all (We were traveling with 2 families, the second family has the same story).
Upon departure from the room at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, she began to call at night (2 a.m.) with hysterics that she allegedly had something missing, insults rained down.
Then she said that hidden cameras were installed in all the rooms (it's hard to believe, because even wifi doesn't work in the rooms), but nevertheless, it's not very pleasant to realize that strangers could see the privacy.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
It is better to go ashore to the hookah bar, next to the Baltika restaurant.
Young, adequate guys have a place to stay, for adequate money.
