I had a wonderful week-long business trip to Mr. Navoi and stayed at the Tinchlik Plaza Hotel. The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and well maintained. The food is super good and varied. We will be happy to come back again....

Super! Service , a luxury room for $ 40 is generally amazing, payment per room and not per person, spa salon, sauna is open until 3:00 am, scolding for earlier, only couples , breakfast buffet included, a variety of high-quality products, chic furniture! The room has a work desk, safe, TV, large shower, split system, etc. A super place for a family!

In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Navoi. Yes, it is not located in the very center, but it takes 5 minutes by taxi or 15 minutes on foot.
Special attention should be paid to the restaurant, it's something unimaginable! I have not eaten such a juicy and delicious lula anywhere in Uzbekistan)
The service is excellent, the staff is friendly and courteous, they will always prompt, help and answer all your questions.
The bartender and the waiters in the Pub on the 1st floor are great guys)
On our next trip to Navoi, we will definitely stop at Tinchlik.

Cons:
that's just a couple of guys are unrealistically slow down at the reception. I asked several times to issue a business trip sheet, I leave early in the morning, they said OK, but at 4 a.m. before leaving, he declares that there is no accountant - there is no seal! The replacement did not explain, but only forgot. The cap is shorter.
And there was no hot water in the suite(!).
there is no list of internal phone numbers in the rooms, an elementary flaw.

Cleaning of the rooms of the highest class. Fire sensors are installed everywhere, so smoking is prohibited everywhere inside. There is a business lounge, swimming pool, fitness rooms. Upon arrival, the reception said that there were no places, but then they found it, spoiled the mood.I had to move in three days, which also did not increase my mood. The rooms are cold,the heating is weak. The TV shows only YouTube, there are no information channels. I didn't use the rest of the services, I can't say anything. When leaving on business trips, they got the dates wrong, instead of three days they wrote two.There are no Wi-fi codes in the rooms.

Great hotel! Just don't pick at the details -;) Delicious food in the restaurant - as an example, many locals celebrate their holidays here. Clean, comfortable rooms, not luxury, but a normal level of cleanliness and service! Breakfast could have been better, but by the standards of the Republic of Uzbekistan it is good!
