I had a great experience of living here! The best hotel in this city!

I stayed with them for 4 nights on a business trip. I absolutely confidently recommend it. Everything is clean and the staff is very polite. Climate control is working everywhere, even in the corridors. The premium elevator works without noise. The decoration looks like a museum. Buffet breakfast from 7 a.m. There are a lot of things ... Fruits compote jelly cocoa coffee tea milk buns pide samsa sweets dried fruits and so on.
WHICH MADE ME HAPPY : ON THURSDAY MORNING, I WANTED TO HOLD A MEETING. ONE REQUEST AND BREAKFAST SEPARATELY AN HOUR EARLIER (6:00) WAS IN MY ROOM.
IN RESPONSE, IT WAS JUST A GUY NAMED JONIBEK WHO ASKED ME TO ASK ALLAH FOR HIS WELFARE IN MY PRAYERS. ISN'T THAT NICE.
the toilet is not facing backwards towards the Qibla, as I often go on a business trip and pay attention to this. And the ceiling says where the Qibla is. There is a new soft and expensive Zhainamaz in the closet. Smart TV is very convenient. A shoe sponge is also a spoon. And most importantly, I had a view of the Lake from my window. That's very beautiful. I definitely recommend it to everyone

I stayed in a new hotel and was very satisfied! Clean and cozy rooms, friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere — everything is at the highest level. It was comfortable from the very first day. I will definitely come back here again and will be happy to recommend it to my friends!

The restaurant is good and the food is delicious, the service is good and the atmosphere is great, too, and you can tactfully listen to pleasant music in the evening with a view of the lake. I think this is the perfect combination.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. 1. The restaurant is noisy until 00.00, very poor sound insulation, no rest in the evening. 2. Breakfast is always later than the scheduled time, and there is always something missing, sometimes there is not even hot water. 3. The rooms are uncomfortable, the plumbing is cheap, colleagues have had cases of broken toilets, shower heads, etc. 4. The staff does not always perform their duties - they may simply not register. I strongly do not recommend it.

We were in a restaurant. The atmosphere is good, live music.. But the food is disgusting!!! It's an expensive restaurant, but it's not worth the money! We ordered bon filet, but they brought us some kind of cooked tasteless meat..The shish kebab wasn't delicious either..salads are so-so..
