It is especially pleasant that they work every day without days off! It is better to come in the middle of the week in the morning, otherwise there are a lot of hunters on Friday, and on weekends there are generally crazy queues.

If it were possible to put -10 stars, I would put -10. The service is disgusting, they talk on the phone as it is unclear with whom. The employees don't seem to communicate with each other. They called and clarified how to purchase certificates, they said that you can only come and buy. It's not super close to go, we arrived within an hour, it turned out that they did not have certificates. That is, there is on the phone, but in fact there is not. As a result, time spent, money and a gift. So be prepared in advance that you will be left with nothing.

Konstantin is probably a professional in his field, but we never managed to find out. But I can say for sure that he has obvious problems with customer orientation! Yes, you can see it for yourself by reading how he responds to reviews in Google maps! In the same manner, he answers the phone and communicates live. Maybe a professional in his field...maybe he can teach "rookies"...maybe he can do what he promises to clients....but he also knows how to be rude, rude, show his superiority to the inexperienced in his element, insult, show his confidence in impunity for actions.
