On the website of this organization Shinaminsk on the main page there is an advertisement that a discount on the eplus card is valid. The employee refused the discount, the receipt was not issued for the service rendered. He said call the director. I called, the director confirmed the availability of a discount, promised to conduct a trial. During the proceedings, it turned out that the action was held before 30.05.2024, and this information surprisingly appeared on the site. There are questions that need answers: why wasn't a check issued for the services rendered?; why wasn't the advertising about the campaign removed after almost half a year?; how did it happen that the director himself is not aware?

Upon arrival, the place was occupied and they said that the records from the site were not displayed. They offered to wait 20 minutes, in the end I waited 40.
When the time came, they said they were afraid to make my wheels, sizes 225 50 R18 (Regular size!!!) well, or they said that if they take it, it will take at least 1.5 hours.
As a result, a lot of time was spent, but I think everything is clear about the level of this organization.

The masters found out the reason very quickly and efficiently....the reason turned out to be completely different, namely, the sound was grated under load and was due to the friction of the handbrake attachment on the rear axle!

After the tire repair work was completed, I found damage on 4 alloy wheels, the depth of scratches along the entire perimeter of the disks is 1.5 mm, the width is up to 2mm, as soon as I asked the tire fitter a question (and what's the trouble with the disks), he began to cover up the scratches with dirty hands and deny. After I showed the tire fitter the damage on all the disks, he began to realize and gave me a sheet of a letter of claim, filled out the letter of claim.
Today is already the 3rd day, but I didn't even get a call, I will contact you higher.

I am informed that everyone has arrived. it can no longer be repaired.
In general. draw your own conclusions, is it worth contacting them at all, if the "professionalism" is already off the scale ...
And thanks to these "specialists" I get to buy a new set of disks (costs from 200 units)

Very expensive. Two years ago, I changed alloy wheels without a central hole here - 54 rubles came out for everything. And now it was only necessary to balance the same discs with new tires already installed - 51 rubles were counted. Some weights for 24 rubles were installed (240 g sticky and 85 g stuffed), I do not remember that loads were counted somewhere before. In addition, they tried to sell some kind of "disk optimization" - 10 rubles per wheel. What also surprised me was that they started stuffing loads OUTSIDE... On alloy wheels... Although it was immediately obvious that the previous ones were pasted on. A very strange organization. Thanks for the job, but I won't be coming here next time.

That is, I was deceived - I took the money for nothing. I wrote a claim to which no one has responded. But that's not all. No one has done the collapse to me. The reasons were announced as follows: I can't do it, I don't have the necessary technical means, my working day is over. That is, the person who was engaged in my car just left....
The next day he was doing a collapse in another place. It took 15 minutes.
I immediately spent a total of more than 2 hours, money and zero result!
