I arrived at the service station because the engine began to run at idle.Since everything had to be done promptly, I immediately came to the guys. We did computer diagnostics. The most negative impressions. I made a diagnosis of the air conditioner - they said that they were missing rings on the tubes (there are 2 rings, the cost of one is 50,000). I arrived the next day in the morning. They took the car and said they would take off the compressor (I'll eat 450,000 compressors) and change the rings. I call at 15.00 - they say they are still working, I call at 18.00 - they say they are working. I arrive at 20.00 and am informed that the ring has been replaced, but skips the second one - it is necessary to remove the compressor again (again 450.000). Well, I had a little fight - they said that tomorrow they would take the car in the morning and give a 20% discount. I'm coming tomorrow and leaving my car. Then I come to pick it up. They say the second ring was changed and the oil seal needed to be replaced (cost 400.00). We changed it, but the compressor does not work - we need to look for another one. I said that I would not pay for the oil seal on a non-working compressor. Maybe I'm wrong, but I got the impression that I was just being bred.
Total:
First. They don't call, they don't specify anything. They are waiting for you to come or call, but in the meantime the car will be waiting
Second. The master is constantly running around somewhere, to get information about the repair status, you need to look for him, then wait until he finds out, then you need to look for him again.
The third. It is impossible to pick up the car quickly. You wait until they talk on the phone about work issues (sometimes, I understand), but when the client is standing, waiting and in a hurry, and he scratches on the phone with what kind of barbecue to take for the weekend and who will pick up little Vanya. I don't understand it... They fill out forms on the computer as if they saw it for the first time.
I DO NOT ADVISE YOU TO GO THERE. NOTHING POSITIVE.

The style of work is the era of the 90s, all employees are in tracksuits. All on non-real show-offs, except for dumbbells and barbells, have not seen anything in their lives. I strongly do not recommend this guys one hundred!!! I wish Director Andryusha to read at least one book and learn how to communicate with people, otherwise you will remain a fool!!!!!!!!!!!:-((((((
