I arrived by appointment on 10/18/2024 at the time of 9:30. I waited for more than half an hour until the master took over the work. Since the tires were purchased from the partner of the company LLC "Evenmore" online store PRO Shina in the number of 4 pieces, a 30% discount was announced (see the company's website) for the tire installation of 4 wheels 16 R - 53 rubles. However, after the completion of the work, they billed 78 rubles. They said that the new purchased tires were broken and it was necessary to use a booster for pumping and for this + 25 rubles. At the same time, the master did not warn about the additional.services. As a result, I paid 78 rubles and this is at a discount!!! For the installation of NEW tires purchased from a Proshina partner!!!! Some kind of divorce.
Yes, and the packaging bags are over.........

1. it seemed like 2 wheels were changed for a long time, but this may be my perception ...
2. before work, I asked if I could leave the old tires with you - they answered me categorically NO and called the price 50p for changing 2 pcs
3. as pereobuli says, I recalculated a little there, you will be charged 40p and we will basically take out the rubber on Monday, you can leave it
I don't need rubber, I wanted to throw it away, but I thought what's not 30p, what's not 60p

I came here after buying Belshina as a partner of the store. The impressions are good.
The interior is clean, tidy, everything is in its place. There is a small waiting area.
The master is young (not an employee, but a Master), his name is Danila, the whole complex was done clearly, replaced the rubber, balanced, told what nuances there are. I didn't hide anything, all the work is transparent, stand and watch the process. I checked if the disks were smooth. By the way, the cast disc, which I was strongly recommended to edit on another tire, turned out to be smooth. All additional things (like replacing valves) are done by agreement. If you don't want to, don't change it.
A TORQUE WRENCH is USED HERE (which should be used on all tire installations, but many do not use it at all).
The old rubber was packed in bags and loaded into the trunk. It's also nice that we found a replacement for the licked nut and changed it. It's a small thing, but it's nice.
In general, the service here is at a good level. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

I do not recommend it. There are no questions about professionalism yet. The disadvantage is that they impose additional services. I had to roll out two discs. Moreover, the master, still checking the first disk, said that it was slightly bent, when I refused to level it, it turned out that the second disk was generally curved, although I had not noticed any beating before. As a result, two discs were leveled. Plus, a dubious disk cleaning procedure, otherwise, it turns out, they may not fit exactly and this can also lead to a runout of the wheels (5 rubles for each wheel). In total, instead of the planned 45 rubles, I left 180 rubles.

We did tire service on two cars at the beginning of the year.
Specialist: - according to him, the "boss" of the entire network handled the wheels very carefully, very carefully dropping the discs on the rubble right on the front side, but these are small things. Because scratched discs are all the problems of the owner of the car, but not the service that made them.
And that's not the saddest thing.
Immediately after that, we brought the wheels from another car for re-cleaning.
The master, showing his skills of fast tire fitting, did not even think to drain the air from the tire to the end and began to squeeze the cord from the edge of the disc and!?!!!..
This made a small cut in the tire, a small one - 20-30 centimeters long.
The master's response to this situation:
