A great cafe, we ate only here for three days. We lived nearby in Amaranth. A large selection. Quite affordable prices and large portions, delicious. Excellent soups, excellent breakfasts. There is a choice and milking children. Pleasant waitresses, the dishes were prepared quickly. Cash payment is preferred, but transfers were allowed, which is very convenient, because cash has run out. You can order food with you or take what you haven't finished in the stall.

Feedback from visiting this place in the summer of 2024. The first thing I want to write about is the service and staff, which has noticeably deteriorated compared to previous years. The waitresses are tired and do not understand how to communicate with customers correctly. At the end of the shift, they are just rude. Although not all of them. There are friendly ones, but it is difficult to get to them. The waitresses are clearly not behaving according to the current realities of the restaurant business. They respond through aggression and it is simply impossible to find out from them about the dishes, according to the principle that what they bring is what you eat.
I heard that the local authorities go to this place. I think that this has a detrimental effect on the service of the common population.
The waiting time is sooooooo long. If you decide to take something from the kitchen. We waited 40 minutes for French fries!! When asked why it took so long, the waitress with a dissatisfied face said, "we have here you know how many portions of fries are being prepared, you are not the only ones, and there is only one fryer." In general, the kitchen cannot cope with the scale of visitors. If you want to spend an hour of your time waiting for a dish, then you are here.
Meal. It has become worse compared to last year. Apparently the cook has changed. There is a lot of oil in the dishes.

I recently went to this cafe 4 times, the food is generally not bad (we ordered pasta with shrimp, tom yam, lamb, fries, etc.) but the last time I was very stressed by the boorish attitude of the owners of this cafe. We were sitting under the roof (since they don't have air conditioning), but the sun was scorching and my wife decided to move and rearranged the chair. They didn't like it and they said they don't sit here like that. There is no Wi-Fi. What is on the menu is not 30%. The prices are high for this establishment, but the main thing is their boorish attitude. You could politely or at least neutrally ask us to sit down, as they do here. I love Abkhazia very much and in previous years I have not encountered such an attitude. Learn to behave adequately, without the support of the military and our tourists, you are zero without a stick, I'm sorry. By the way, there are plenty of more adequate cafes nearby, for example, Dmitry's. And yes, smoking in a cafe with children is a bad idea, even though I also smoke, I always leave the institution.

We rested in a cafe ,,Tis,, at the end of August 2024.We ordered mussels, mashed potatoes with beef stroganoff, sea salad and wine, we liked everything, especially mussels, dump the heads, the portions are large. I have been to Abkhazia 2 times: in 2022 and 2024. In 2024, I became disillusioned with local cafes (I have already written bad reviews): the quality of the food has become disgusting, and the service is even worse. Already upset, I was walking from the beach, but people advised me to look into the cafe "Tis". They responded well: "you won't regret it." And I didn't regret it!!! Very friendly waitresses, who gave advice, served quickly, and even lifted the mood (I ordered Fajitas in a burning frying pan, which the waitress set on fire in front of me))) it turned out to be a spectacular dish), the menu is varied, the prices are adequate. The food quality is super, everything is cooked very tasty. The place is very cozy and quiet!!!! In the shade, not far from the beach. I was even glad that I found this cafe. It's a pity that on the last day of my vacation ((( Now I will always go there!!!! I advise everyone to look there.

A great place to eat delicious food! For a reason, it is almost always packed to the brim.
The food is delicious and hearty, especially the kharcho fire, eggplant salad and feijoa compote. Beef can be harsh, but there are no other complaints (although we haven't tried the whole menu).
It was important for us that there were dishes of national cuisine - there is a complete order to this. The waiters are polite, sympathetic and try very hard.
Prices are average and even lower compared to Russia. There are breakfasts. We haven't tried a lot of alcohol, but in terms of drinking, the standard set is wine, local beer, strong too.
I won't tell you about the children's menu, but people came in families and everyone was happy.
In general, a great cafe for any company. We came here every time we could.

But the problems started when we wanted to pay for the food. Payment is accepted only in cash. OK. I'm giving you a set of bills that allows you to hand over an even number of thousandth bills. The waiter returns with the phrase "We don't have change, come behind the bar." Behind the bar, an older woman, immediately, without prelude, rudely rejected all our offers to transfer money to the account instead of bills. And she suggested that we change the bills ourselves in the store opposite, like everyone does that (strange, right?). I checked, of course they change it only for purchases. He suggested that the cafe employees go themselves to change money in their own way. To which he received a portion of outright rudeness and moralizing. After offering to deposit the money tomorrow, the woman still agreed to make the transfer, continuing to be rude. That was the end of it.
I think it's not okay to treat customers like cattle.

There were no questions, I will come to you tomorrow, I will refund you for the remaining vacation. And like that's the end of my mission, what the good guy returned. Well, to give the command to the cafe so that on gas, since there was no electricity, they boiled water, fed the residents at least, not for free for money, why not do it? Thanks to the administrator Olga, who took the rap for the owner, and tried to help as much as possible. I was very disappointed with this attitude, although before that. I ordered borscht. It is clear that for a low price (less than 200 rubles), it is stupid to expect generous borscht. I hoped it would just be rich broth and vegetables, maybe a couple of meat fibers for show. In fact, it turned out to be a bland, incomprehensible-tasting slurry with lard pieces. If the goal is to do badly, then that's the only way. Noodle soup is tolerable for my son, but it was cooked on a chicken cube.
