The hotel is located in a very populated place called Taksim.
And the hotel is good, the staff is polite, the rooms are clean.
The room has all the soap and bath accessories, there is a mini-bar, everything in it is paid, free water, tea and coffee.
Good breakfasts, we had an early check-out and a Lunch box was prepared for us at the reception.
Of the minuses, I note that the hot water in the shower heats up for a very long time and they tried to write off the funds for the eaten chocolate bar, which we allegedly took in the mini-bar. We didn't pay, and we didn't eat it.
Thank you for your hospitality!
Modern hotel, comfortable, no frills, with good walking distance to the sights, to the coastline (Dolmabahce Palace) 30 minutes on foot; metro nearby 5 minutes;
The bathrooms have a good range of accessories; the bedding is snow-white;
The breakfasts are varied, delicious pastries, lots of greens, and there are no meat dishes.
There are relatively well-maintained streets around the hotel; there is a park with a fountain nearby, convenient for morning jogging. Taksim Street is 10 minutes away - noisy, crowded; an abundance of shops, souvenir shops, cafes, verandas, restaurants, etc
The hotel has a spa and a small gym on the ground floor, equipped with basic exercise equipment.
The pool has cool enough water (it was closed for prevention, so they did not use it all the time); a good sauna; the hammam was asked to restart, because it cooled down quickly! Overall, clean, comfortable! You need a hat in the pool!
The staff responded to all requests, although not always promptly, but always friendly and willing to help!
A good four at Taksim Square. It was chosen because it was located near the shuttle stop from the new Istanbul airport. Nearby Taksim Square and the famous Istiklal Street, a metro stop from where you can go anywhere. The hotel is not cheap, a day with breakfast is more than $ 100. It is better to take a higher room, it will be very quiet and the view is excellent. They take a deposit of $ 100, so you expect to lose time at the reception (minimum 7 minutes, maximum 15) when returning it at the check-out. We liked the breakfast, we had enough of everything, hot fried eggs from the cook and various mixtures of vegetables with eggs, mini sausages on marmites. Waiters pour coffee and tea from teapots upon request. Everything is clean and decent. In general, the hotel combines the advantages of a location for transit travelers (shuttle), close to the metro and funicular, to the street Istiklal, while you do not hear the street; good accommodation (comfortable beds, clean shower, always hot water) and a delicious varied breakfast. I've been there twice, and I plan to stop more than once.
A three-star hotel. We really didn't like the staff, they're on their wave, they don't care about your accommodation. We lived in three (2 adults and 1 child of 5 years old), we always got everything based on two people, the child was not counted, although the tariff was paid with the child. The rooms smell strongly of tobacco smoke (I don't smoke and I didn't feel much), there is very little light in the room, they save money, few working light bulbs and generally few light bulbs. Torn bed linen.
The room is clean, cleaned every day, everything is normal with this.
The deposit of 100 euros was returned to us without any problems at check-out.
This hotel has a very convenient location, it is located 50 meters from the final bus stop from the airport. My conclusion is, next time, I wouldn't go to this hotel.
The location is good. The breakfasts are good. The service is good. We were in early November. It is very hot in the room, we have to open the window, because the air conditioner is very loud and useless (it seemed so to us)
I wouldn't want to come back here. Unfriendly reception staff. Tired rooms. They offered a room for one instead of a superior reservation number. There was not always fruit at breakfast, and there was a small selection of dishes. The location is excellent.
Great hotel. Clear. Snow-white underwear. A complete set of toiletries. Nice quiet air conditioning. Excellent location: near Istiklal pedestrian street, Taksim Square and the bus to the airport.
The hotel is not worth the money. We stayed for three nights. The staff does not speak English well, although they are proud of what they supposedly say. As for the reception staff, who constantly ask - English ? And they hardly speak at the same time. On the last day before departure, they could not open the safe, the batteries ran out. I had to call the staff. When returning the deposit for the room, there were also hitches. I do not recommend the hotel, there is much better. I would take the Divan Hotel
Good location, clean rooms, enough for 4 people. However, the view from the window fell on some ruins ((( Breakfast is a sadness, in terms of the assortment. , And they don't allow you to the buffet, everything is imposed by the chefs.
We booked hotels near Taksim Square and with a spa. Money thrown away ((( pool with ice water, Jacuzzi with slimy walls, slippery steps and general dirt
