There is NOTHING near the hotel, not a pharmacy, not shops. If you need something, they will sell it to you three times as expensive! For example, NIVEA sunscreen!!!! 50€.. I wouldn't take it for 100 rubles!

We had a vacation with our 5-year-old daughter from October 13-23. The room was on the 1st floor with access to the pool. The room is normal, the cleaning is average. It was necessary to leave by October 15th at the latest. The pools are icy. The sea is tolerable. The food is not very diverse. But you definitely won't stay hungry.

We just left this wonderful hotel with the whole family.
I'll start from the beginning and point by point.
We stopped by at about 21 pm. In fact, we were just silently given a room card at the reception. And they told me which floor to go to.
Absolutely no one has said anything about the hotel. What services can be used, where to go, where to eat. At least some kind of map would be given where the places would be marked.
Nothing. They didn't tell me that now at 21.00 you can eat here, later there.
Okay, okay.
No one gave us a tour.
The staff is all stone-faced. Except for a couple of people from Kazakhstan. They ignore your requests. They pretend not to hear. Or they just ignore your words. You ask to bring a child's chair, and in the end, without waiting, you go for this chair yourself.
The food is quite monotonous. Minimal items from the menu, which is really delicious. There is no normal baby soup.
All desserts look beautiful- but surprisingly, they are also tasteless. Alcohol is poured imported only if you ask for it yourself.
The staff works without hats and gloves.
The hotel itself is quite tired. It is unclear what was at the renovation. The game room- a lot of things are broken. And the kids club itself is tired too.
For some reason, they don't want to report toothpaste if you've run out of it.
They don't always clean either.
Pillowcases and sheets are full of holes.

And two days later, our son had a fever of 40.
We were taken to the hospital. Where the insurance company refused to cover the amount. There are no indications for hospitalization. There are no indications for an IV. My child has a temperature of 40. Snot, diarrhea, cough, red dots in the throat on the sky, pimples on the body, which just characterize coxaxi, but there are no reasons for hospitalization! Such a huge hotel, and you can get zero medical care in the hotel itself.
Don't find the nurse again. I went up to the information desk. The child had a temperature of 40 again. And I was told that the nurse was eating. And it will be later. And can't you wait for a look?

Fortunately, we have brought down the temperature. They complained to our travel agent.
And after the administrator complained to the travel agent, she began to write and ask how we were doing. And before that, knowing the situation of the guys we met, knowing our situation, no one cared!

But the cherry on the cake is that the night before the flight, the son began to vomit. That is, the son caught rotovirus. We had a lot of fun flying home.

I liked absolutely everything!!! Pleasant aroma, clean, beautiful, lots of plants in the hotel. Excellent service. All instructions and menus are in three languages - Turkish, English and Russian. A large children's club , playgrounds . Mini water park .From the spa area you can swim out into a very warm and cozy pool. There is a large hammam in the spa.
In restaurants, bars and on the beach, all drinks of good quality are served to the table where you eat or relax.
There is a wonderful cafeteria on the beach with delicious waffles, fruits and ice cream. In the restaurants on the beach - Italian and fish, on a customized menu - excellent dishes (all inclusive)
A disco , as well as live music in a cafe on the street . There is a summer concert hall with a big screen (we never got there)))) Seen from afar
They rode on a boat at sea or on a steam train . Easy and casual .

Next , we were informed that at the getservice you can take a form and write your food wishes , they will cook a specialty for you , And , by the way , the Porridge there was a thousand times tastier than at the children's corner)) Many moms complained about the food , who they talked to on the beach and at the hotel , I hope the management will take note of the info !

A great hotel, but this year the price is 700 thousand, including 350 thousand for a week.

Nice little place in Belek :) It's a good place by all accounts. It's definitely worth the trip. The rest will be a joy. A very pleasant approach to drinks in bars. Normal alcohol and pleasant cuisine.
