the service is very POOR!!!I made an order yesterday, and waited until the evening for an answer about availability.in the evening, they called and said that they were available, and that they would send me an invoice for payment.as a result, no one sent it to me yesterday.this morning I started to clarify when it would be, to which they replied, wait.I asked her to do it faster so that I could pay faster and they sent it to me.the administrator replied to me that she could not help me in any way. Wait.I asked her again when it would be because I needed the product urgently.I answered today.I asked her yesterday why it took so long.and she promised me that they would send it today.as a result, I received an invoice, I paid it quickly, and they told me that they would not send it to me today, because she would not view payments because of me alone.The administrator's very boorish attitude towards the buyer.
The administrator talks so rudely.They don't value their customers.I will not order any more in this store
I have been ordering from this store for 4 years now. The quality of the items is good and the price is too. If I want, I can order by cash on delivery, or I can send it to the card.Things are great anyway. The goods are always sent on time, no complaints. The other day I ordered my husband again.
