A pass and an arrival ticket are given at the entrance.you hand over a pass for departure, but they don't give you a ticket for departure.but it would have had a departure time and the carrier's management would have known when the vehicle left.
The service is 5 by five points, the waiting time is long, but there are a lot of people.the queues are huge, but they serve you quickly.The staff is excellent, everything will be put on the shelves.

At the same time, the complex itself is open until 21! Can you imagine that?! People come there after work and have to go to a neighboring village to pay a receipt. How do you like this service? Some will say, let me, we have a terminal and you can put money on the card through it and already make the payment. And if there is no bank card? Or a map of another country? And yes, you can deposit in cash through the terminal, but how to do this if the amount is 816p70kop, and the terminal accepts only banknotes. And the change? And your terminal, apparently, does not issue change of Belarusian production. Well, yes, where do you need such nano-technologies? So at least do it programmatically so that the change goes to the mobile number. We have a lot of smart IT specialists in our country, but in fact we have old, clumsy and inconvenient equipment. And the customs fees are oh so high, and the technology is such that the bank closes 4 hours earlier than the customs complex itself. That's how we live, in a prosperous European Belarus with Soviet equipment.

The customs itself is good, everything is there, but a very rude employee who launches into the territory, such people spoil the entire image of the organization, and so the customs is excellent.
