The institution is not spacious, but a good organization of the admission system and the reception schedule compensate for this. The staff is friendly. One of the disadvantages is that there is no space for people to sit down (you have to stand outside in an open space for a long time). Parking for cars and the city center make themselves felt (there is little parking space)

It is better to spend money on a pleasant visit to Italy than to pay travel agencies and visa managers a lot of money, especially during the season. For example, now the registration service through a visa manager in the area costs about 500€.
I signed up for a live queue myself and submitted the documents after 3 months, having previously familiarized myself with the list and all the requirements. Everything is explained in great detail on the website of the visa application center, but for some reason there are still many people who do not even really know what documents are needed to apply. They sign up in a live queue and arrive with half of the documents that are not ready and do not even know about registering on the website, creating a personal account, thereby slowing down the work of the visa center staff and the opportunity for others to get to submit documents. And many thanks to the staff for the prompt work and organization of the application process!!!

In 20 minutes, I changed my mind about applying for an Italian visa thanks to a dark bald employee. He yelled at the girl after the question, threatened that he would stand for another month. He was rude to another one too. You can visit this country in a simpler way and without humiliating yourself.

At the passport office, I was severely delayed in issuing my passport due to the large flow of people. It was Saturday, the visa application center was not working, and the filing was already on Monday, so I was able to get through only on Monday 06/24.24 in the morning at +375172001989 to ask what to do in such a situation and whether I could reschedule the filing date. The employee could have answered yes or no/redirected me to another specialist, but instead she did not listen to me, interrupted, said something rude and hung up the phone 😃👍🏼 The conversation lasted 18 seconds)))
The service leaves much to be desired, unfortunately, not everyone can work with people.

We came by appointment with a Premium feed. The question was with a signature. At the entrance, the girl assured that the issue could be resolved during the day (although it could be resolved in two minutes, they did not allow her to leave the building), she needed to consult with another one, who directly accepts documents in a separate office, personally. In this very office, we were told that it was no longer possible to leave it and enter, respectively, too. Allegedly, the signature should have been put in advance, at the entrance to the office. Now the question is, who, in the end, of the two, is incompetent in their work? I will definitely come back with a review as soon as they give an answer on the visa.
We do not argue, our mistake is here, but it was possible to get into the situation and solve the issue in two minutes, especially with a premium feed.
P.S. One star for the speed, which cost $ 285 for two!

There are no questions about the work of the center, everything is fast, everyone will prompt and help. But the recording situation itself is just some kind of trash. You can't sign up for free through the site, there are more than 1,000 people on a first-come, first-served basis at the moment (end of June 2023). I had to stand in line all day to get there in the end. And that's very lucky for me !!!
Plus, due to the fact that they accepted an unofficial appointment, there is an additional surcharge, which no one talks about in advance.
We really need to do something, make an entry only in person, with a passport, so that people can sign up and come to the time, and not guard empty seats all day!!
There are people who need to go soon, but they cannot pass because they are a family (4-5 people - parents and children) but they can't be missed on a first-come, first-served basis, because there is time for processing 1-2 people, i.e. if you are alone, it is much easier to go than as a couple, family, etc. You really need to do something, this is not normal!!!
