I specifically called to find out about the treatment room, they said it was open until 21:00. After 20 minutes, I arrived with small children for an injection at 18:30 and it was closed for inventory. We waited 10 minutes. Couldn't you have warned me??? I had to go through traffic jams to look for another procedural
