Drivers unreasonably give poor grades, it is unclear only for what purpose. It's very strange, you drive yourself, you have a casual conversation, which the driver himself started, you wish a good evening, you pay without taking the change or rounding towards the driver, you give him 5 stars, and then you see that after the trip your rating dropped. And this is not an isolated case! I take a taxi 5-6 times a week for sure and after each trip I look at the rating. The support service is not working, I wrote to the email - there is no response. The telegram was answered 2 days later - they specified the phone number and disappeared - there has been no response for 6 days. The operator on the phone can't explain anything, he's just rude. Disgusting taxi, just a huge minus to the owner! There are good drivers, but unfortunately we cannot choose who will take you this time, and therefore it is easier to go to another driver.

The taxi is just terrible, we ordered a taxi and waited for 20 minutes, a message came about the car and in the end the operator canceled it, they said to wait for 20 minutes more, as a result they did not arrive ((( I do not recommend.
