Good evening !I would like to leave a review, today we rested in such a "wonderful " institution!we were passing by and decided to go in for a snack with the children, I ordered shawarma for myself and my mother, I wanted burgers, but the girl who served us said there was only one bun.Therefore, I ordered only a burger for my eldest daughter, French fries for my youngest daughter, and we were lucky that I decided to order a small portion.The potatoes looked like they were from yesterday and they were warmed or just fried, but it turned out that this was not the worst thing that could have happened.It took some time and I felt bad at the same time today, what I ate and there was this shawarma, after a while my mother felt bad!at the same time, when we ate this shawarma, I didn't like it even then, something was wrong with it!!!!I am a cook myself and I work in this field and I know how everything should be.There was a great desire to call the sanitary station and tell the situation so that people would not be bullied anymore!Now I am very worried about the children so that everything would be fine with them!I attach a photo of French fries, the child did not even finish it, the photo shows the condition of the potatoes, and it is clear that they are clearly not fries!!!!We paid the money and wanted to eat delicious!And as for the girl who took the order, it feels like she was unhappy with something, I don't like that!you are the service staff, you work with people, you need to be polite, I think so, I repeat, I work with people in the same field myself and I know what I'm talking about!

Трижды за это лето посетили это заведение. Первые 2 раза классическая шаурма была ооочень вкусной, сочной, ароматной. Мы даже с мужем решили, что это лучшая шаурма, которую мы ели... (готовила девочка ☝️)
НО!!! На днях снова зашли за шаурмой, а там уже на кухне был мальчишка... (смена 13.07.2023)
Мы были крайне разочарованы. От былой шаурмы и духу не осталось. Холодная и пустая - хуже уже просто невозможно приготовить(((
И обслуживание официантом - мальчишкой аналогичное, муж сам ходил на кассу оплачивал и забирал заказ, т.к. было не дождаться. Хотя в другие смены была девочка - официантка, которая порхала, как мотылёк, и была очень внимательна.
Вывод и внимание руководству!!!
Обратите внимание, ваши мальчишки не хотят работать и разгонят вам всех клиентов.

After visiting the Point B cafe in Gomel, I was disappointed with my experience. I will start with the positive aspects: the staff service was at a satisfactory level, the staff were polite and responsive. However, it was the only pleasant experience.
Let's move on to the interior of the institution, which left much to be desired. The design seemed outdated and did not add comfort, which is very important for the atmosphere of the cafe.
The most disappointing aspect of the visit was the quality of the food. The fries and wings I ordered were far from ideal. French fries, which should be crispy and golden, turned out to be overcooked, but at the same time surprisingly soft, with an excess of oil and a lack of salt. The wings that I expected to see in my order turned into chicken legs that have no taste.
In conclusion, I can say that “Point B” did not meet my expectations, and I do not recommend this place to those who appreciate high-quality food and a pleasant atmosphere. I hope the cafe management will take my comments into account and improve both the interior and the quality of the dishes.

Я был 3 раз, каждый раз брал с друзьями по шаурше. Все 3 раза у одного из нас разваливалась шаурша, но картошка и бургер хорошие. Прикольное оформление и хороший персонал.

Раньше здесь был достойный кофе,особенно моккачино, но сегодня здесь готовят самый ужасный кофе,который я когда либо пила... латте, который похож на РАЗБАВЛЕННЫЙ американо. Да ещё и напиток ценой 3,60... я бы эти помои даже за бесплатно не взяла!

Кафе - заложник места, на детях много не наторгуешь а бухаловку власти не разрешают (да и сами хозяева против) нужно определятся с концепцией, и да меньше громкой музыки.

Это жесть! Если дети подросли и хотят бургеры, а вы не хотите их приучать к фаст фуду - приводите их сюда, покупаете любой бургер и... все!
Дети искренне не понимают, почему все так любят бургеры.
Вкус ужасен!
