The installation dates were postponed without explanation.A team of two installers arrived, the work was done poorly and not in full volume. During installation, the team found the lack of the necessary equipment for installation, installed poorly and poorly (doors and windows are not adjusted), promised to come to deliver the complete set and fix it, additionally install slopes, but stopped communicating, so no one came.As a result, windows and doors cannot be adjusted to the desired position, the door does not close well!

A strange organization. We need windows, the organization was recommended by friends. I couldn't get through for a week, dialed all the numbers, then the young man answered, laughed, said he was busy, then he would call back.... I wrote a message in Viber, in response they wrote that they would respond later.... As I understand it, they do not need customers, with this approach it is better not to order anything from them, you will have to wait a long time for installation.....

We bought massive doors from them. They are packed well in Yurkas branded packaging! You could have taken it from Yurkas, a little cheaper. Prior to the agreement, if the prepayment is refused, it will not be refunded. The documents are a contract. The warranty for the product is before installation. Installation without a contract. The deadlines were met, although the doors were custom-made (width 900). Delivery under the contract - by agreement, to the entrance. In fact, they helped to bring it in and inspect it. The quality of the doors from the Delivery is so-so, but tolerable. The consultants are polite, and so is the assistant. They sell according to the catalog, there are no samples. The company is normal, but you can buy the same thing from others, on the same terms and cheaper.

I signed a contract. The doors were delivered to the facility ahead of schedule. They agreed on the installation date with me. I am satisfied with the cooperation. We contacted the company in July 2019. It was necessary to make the cladding of the entrance door. We were offered the master Gennady Stepanovich. This is not a master and he has nothing to do with the nobility of his business. He has a main place of work and is allegedly engaged in sheathing for additional earnings. The first thing I want to say is that his price is like in Minsk firms. 120 rubles, including our material. And when we tried to bargain at least up to 100, it felt like we had been given a favor and he agreed if we didn't rush him. The man arrived, took the door away. We agreed with him on a certain day that he would come and deliver. Taking into account the fact that we stipulated that we had repairs and the laminate would be laid, it is necessary to trim the door.... what he was listening to is not clear. I came to put it up, the door does not become. After several unsuccessful attempts, he says that he has a job and he will come another day. We agreed. And just at that moment, when he was supposed to arrive, we had a grief, there was a funeral. We explained to him that such a situation had happened and we were not up to the door, but a couple of days later he called and urgently demanded that he complete his work and we paid him. What's the point of this whole story? The door is sheathed, but not put in good shape (at least painted over the sidewalls). As a result, another person installed it for us. The price does not match the quality of the work at all. And there is no question about humanity at all. Think about it before contacting this wizard.
