Everything is very good! I was surprised that such a respectable hotel is located in such a quiet, uninhabited place. They were, however, in winter, M.B. therefore....
The hotel and spa area, from the past. The hotel is old, but it is monitored, clean, and rooms are cleaned every day. The spa area is a lot of space, it's not much use, you'll have to fight for a Jacuzzi on weekends, because there are a lot of people at the spa on weekends, the staff can't do anything about it. The service in the buffet also leaves much to be desired, the waiters with dissatisfied faces will not remove your dirty dishes until you finish eating, as well as if you come to eat and see a dirty table that has not been cleaned, and you will have nowhere to sit, because all the tables are occupied and no one regulates it. I.e. paying money for a weekend vacation, you don't get a vacation, but a crowd of people.
The hotel is located next to the Baltic Sea, across the street from it begins a large park that belonged to some large Russian family, the seashore is very beautiful in places with pebbly sand. Nearby, if you drive by car, there is a waterfall of 30 meters. As for the spa itself, it is not very big to sleep well, there is a Jacuzzi, the place was quite small. I like that the sauna has open panoramic windows that you can look towards the sea. The accommodation is inexpensive and has its own free Parking. To be honest, I personally have a feeling that there are a lot of pensioners.

I really liked the sanatorium! We took a tour in the bon tour company, an excursion program and rest in a sanatorium. Good large parking is free. The person speaks excellent Russian, the food is good, the spa is good: many outdoor saunas, two pools (one with a current), a Jacuzzi, a rooftop playground and a sauna with a sea view; many procedures are included in the package, especially two massages from Sergey (spa room 2); Jacuzzi baths, charcot shower. The food is good. There is a park nearby where you need to walk, very beautiful, a nice restaurant in the port, a good grocery store nearby. There is always a place in the spa as many are on treatments. WiFi (without password and registration is very convenient!!!) he works in the rooms, in the restaurant, at the reception desk perfectly, movies are easy to download, in the spa and in the parking lot he does not catch everywhere. The room is good, maybe the beds are too soft and the ventilation is not at the height, we lived for 4 days in general, we really liked everything!
A great place to relax with the whole family! Cozy rooms, very tasty and varied breakfasts, lunches and dinners! And, of course, a wonderful spa, which includes a variety of saunas, swimming pools, and a hydro massage. The Orchid Wellness complex attracts special attention, where a relaxing atmosphere, pleasant music, large saunas, a deep pool with hydro massage. There are sun loungers in the lobby, tea, water, and fruits are offered in a limited number. Friendly staff. I strongly advise you to visit the Toila Spa Hotel, recharge with positive emotions and have a great rest!!!
We came to this wonderful place on September 27, 2021
!! We really liked everything!! Food, treatment and accommodation at the highest level!! Thanks to the staff for their hospitality!! We will definitely come again!
Good day everyone!
Purely by chance, 5 years ago we arrived at the Toila SPA hotel for one night and fell in love!!!
We were comfortable everywhere and in everything!
The rooms, the service (all very, very friendly), the food is very tasty and homemade ...
The baths, the VIP Orchid are something!!!
And the relaxation that we got inside and outside is something unreal!!!
It feels like we visited an expensive Swiss resort ...
After all, everything depends on how you are received and on the nature around you ...
Now we are just here)
Thank you all very much!!!
Happy new year!!!
All the best!!!
A pleasant family spa, where there are often few people, especially not on holidays and not on weekends. On weekdays, literally several people visit, many different steam rooms + a swimming pool with several paths. Sometimes it seems that 3 hours is not enough, but for some it is enough to have a good rest and wash up.. :) sometimes there are master classes on proper washing in a salt sauna. :)
I've rested there many times. Very attentive attitude of the staff. Excellent specialists in SPA treatments, very warm attitude towards children. In addition, there are interesting sights that residents are proud of: The Cottage of the merchant Eliseev, the house of the poet Igor Severyanin.
When I have the opportunity, I will go there again.
A wonderful spa hotel. Excellent service, all kinds of spa treatments for every taste and therapeutic treatments. The opportunity to relax with children. The hotel is surrounded by the amazing Oru Park and the coast of the Gulf of Finland.
A wonderful hotel, located on a high shore with a wonderful view of the sea. A huge park with paths. Lots of spa treatments, decent cafes and a restaurant. There is a game room and a pottery workshop. A complex with a swimming pool and saunas.
The spa complex is optimal.even on holidays when it's crowded. But everything is also cozy.there were no complaints .everything is solved in small things.I always want to stay a little longer.there is a playground for children. A store with swimwear.restaurant.park.beach.nice staff.Have a good rest.
We have been to the hotel many times. And we will definitely go this year. Great vacation. Very clean air, beautiful places and attentive service from the hotel staff. We like the variety of baths, the presence of low temperatures in the baths. A convenient descent in the pool for people who do not really know how to swim. A variety of dishes for every taste.
We have been vacationing in Toyla since 12/15/19. This is the third time in the last year. And I really liked it here, so I advertised this place to everyone I could. But this time the impression of the holiday is not very good. Apparently, starting in mid-December, the hotel is only interested in corporate parties and drunkenness, there is no other way to say it. All the guests staying at the hotel were herded into some kind of staff room for breakfast, lunch and dinner (to put it mildly), where the waiter girls huddle and gossip, which is difficult to squeeze past, because the room is tiny. Food has become very scarce, there is no choice. For example, from the sweet, nondescript pastries almost according to the issue (a pair of saucers with some cherished edges, which once represented a rubber casserole). It's scary to even try, and while you're looking for a table, they'll sort it out. The coffee is ugly. In the former restaurant there were 2 normal coffee machines with delicious coffee. And here, in the utility room downstairs, coffee-flavored water, terrible bitterness. I've never drunk worse anywhere. By the way, the tables in the lower restaurant are also in trouble. Very little space.
In the branded paid spa center "Orchid", where we signed up for 17.12, a drunken party took place, after which drunken, noisy, aged men began to dive into the pool screaming. I had to leave the Orchid and make an appointment the next day, which was completely inconvenient, because we had other plans. In general, many people come here for the sake of the "Orchid". There is usually peace and tranquility there. And if I had come to Toyla for the first time, then it would definitely not have dragged me either to the Orchid or to the hotel itself.
The halls are terribly smoky, there is a smell of fumes all around. I'm not against corporate parties, but for some reason, in my understanding, Toyla was not at all associated with this case before. You come here to relax in silence, to improve your health, and not to breathe fumes. And the fact that corporate parties are held daily at the hotel and there are many inconveniences, you could at least write on the website so that vacationers know what to prepare for.
At the moment, thank God, we are leaving. And for the first time, I'm very happy about it.
And I would like to ask the hotel administration to think not only about making money at corporate events, but also about their regular vacationers, who also paid money for a vacation here. And they will not leave after the feast, but will be forced to spend their vacation with you until the end.
To be honest, I am upset and did not expect to find such a mess in this "paradise" place..
P.S.: regarding the procedures (massages, therapeutic baths, etc.), I liked everything, the staff is friendly. But the overall impression of the holiday this time is very sad.
I love this spa hotel. I like everything:staff, food, comfort and cleanliness of rooms, park, treatments, thermal baths. I definitely recommend it. A great option for a relaxing, affordable vacation.
A great place to escape from the hustle and bustle, to relax. Great SPA, especially the Orchid. A large park where you can walk and get some fresh air. I recommend it to everyone.
It's wonderful there, the procedures, at seven in the morning from Monday to Thursday, Soviet champagne, semi-dry. It's very good in the morning, you need to buy dry food at night... They feed you four times, and if you're lucky with the weather, you can swim in the Baltic Sea. It's also shallow, like in a Marquise puddle, but the water is saltier. There is a quiet fascist cemetery nearby, I walk and think who won 75 years ago ...
When the borders are opened, I advise everyone to go to Toyla
I've been there several times, I always took the "Well-groomed Woman" package of services. Great place, great staff, very professional, great vacation. I always strive to go there, I rest with pleasure, both soul and body. I recommend it to everyone, everyone, everyone.

We dream of going on vacation to Estonia many more times!!!We are relaxing at our favorite hotel in Narva-Iyesu "Yes "
The beautiful Spa hotel is open all year round. there is a picturesque area around, there is a park. All in a single building and spa and rooms. You can get from St. Petersburg by shuttle, it turned out to be more convenient and faster than by car. There is a kem ping with summer and winter houses near the hotel. And they also give delicious food there.
A hotel with a good SPA.The room is small, but it is enough.Convenient transport links-a regular bus from St. Petersburg and to St. Petersburg approaches the hotel.A wonderful landscape park, there were a lot of mushrooms in autumn. The staff at the hotel is very responsive, all issues are resolved instantly. The rest was a success
There are no changes for the better. We've been there 5-7 times. Breakfast has become more modest. On weekends, go to the spa in the morning, then there will be a lot of visitors. Which, in principle, is understandable. Otherwise, you won't pay for it. Take receipts for all services at the reception. Don't believe the words. We paid for the water twice... otherwise, the hotel is good.
I rested 2 times with my wife..I took packages:take a break and therapeutic.
I really liked the service and the attitude of the staff!
And the food is super!Variety and lots of things!!!!It is not comparable to Turkey or Egypt!I liked the air and the view of the sea and the forest!I always want to go for a walk and see the sights. I chose massage and baths from the procedures. But baths are something wonderful!
We regularly go with our family to the baths with pools. Everything is cool. And if you take it at a certain time in the middle of the week, then the prices are very small.
A very comfortable spa hotel. Pleasant, responsive staff. The ORCHID WELLNESS center was pleased with the update (compared to 2016. Wonderful Oru Park, where you can safely walk along the illuminated paths even at night. I recommend this kind of vacation to everyone 👍👍👍
Great SPA hotel! Super treatments, delicious and hospitable. And the Orchid simply has no competitors. Toyla Oru Park is an additional happiness and beauty within walking distance.
A pleasant place to relax, a three-hour drive from St. Petersburg, with pleasant prices and fairly good service.
Sometimes it's enough to change the situation for a couple of days - this is just what you need.
A kind Soviet sanatorium adapted for a spa hotel. Small but cozy rooms, a diet kitchen and a chic spa area with a swimming pool and a steam room on the roof - the latter is especially good!
It is a pity that there is nothing like this in St. Petersburg with a population of 5 million people. You have to leave your money in an inhospitable country of 1.5 million people, in which there are a lot of such spas
In general, it's wonderful. If you are in the mood for a calm, melancholic vacation, then there is everything for this :-). It's a bit crowded on the weekend- but it's understandable. And so relax
