We celebrated New Year's holidays here.Everything went great, it was fun.
Excellent kitchen, excellent presenter, the room is newly renovated, clean, but the furniture is old and creaky.
The territory is well maintained, but not large, with several paths.
Wi-Fi is problematic, in some rooms it does not catch at all, and if you leave the building, it disappears completely.
If you can do without apartments, then this is a great place to relax.

A simple room of the recreation center: clean, cozy. I really liked the renovation/interior design!
There were two rooms in the block: with a shared bathroom, a refrigerator and a closet in the hallway.
The block itself and each room are locked with a key.
There is a TV in the room, a kettle. Access to the balcony.
There are spa/wellness treatments separately, but we didn't have to.
There is a dining room in the next building, the breakfast is average, but satisfying and not expensive.
A large area - there is a place to walk!

We were welcomed by a company from the city of Smolensk in 2025, check-in was on December 30, and check-out was on January 2. Everything was sooo pleasant, a complete sense of celebration, and the music, and the presenter, and Santa Claus. The hotel building is old, but the rooms are newly renovated. The food was modest, more homely, and even the fastidious children were well fed. We will definitely come back next year! Simple rooms, friendly staff. If you need procedures, find out in advance, not all of them are declared. Compression pants and an excellent hand massage, I recommend it.
It is possible with dogs for an additional fee.
I recommend full board, the food is good, although without frills. In any case, it's cheaper and easier than looking for a place to eat.
From entertainment - a walk around the territory. There are a lot of shops in Orsha, you can take a ride around the neighborhood if you arrived by car. We needed a quiet rest, so we are happy.
Please ask the administration to change the mattresses.

We had a rest for the May holidays. We had a suite. The room is nice and modern. There are slippers and a bathrobe. A large TV. There is a kettle, cups, forks and spoons in the room. We had three meals a day included in the price, which we really regretted. The food is very very modest. There is no coffee for breakfast. Just tea. There is no baking at all, even at dinner. Meat-free soup, cooked on a rollton. Mostly buckwheat . For breakfast, they gave one and a half sausages, which they did not even manage to cook, they were completely cold, not even warm. There is a cafe near the base, where they give a barbecue and skewers for a fee, coal must be bought and lit. You can make a barbecue (meat was bought at the Euroopt store, which is within walking distance).

New Year's holidays were held in this place, including New Year's Eve itself with a celebration program. A room with two rooms was rented for two adults and a child. The room is simple, clean, everything you need is there. We had a lot of fun. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are very hearty and delicious (any fastidious child has something to feed). The staff is polite and helpful. We have attended several procedures, the prices are acceptable.
New Year's Eve: the table is gorgeous, we did not even expect that there would be so much food and so delicious. To the presenter, special thanks!! We had a wonderful time!

The beds are short, not suitable for an adult, and the legs hang down. A child's pillow. A peculiar smell of dampness in the room. The towel in the room is one very small and with a disgusting sweet smell!!! There was no soap, no fig, no refrigerator, no air conditioner in the room!!!

This is well, a very budget place.
Nature is so beautiful in the whole country :)
But the rooms here leave much to be desired: there is only the most necessary.
Of course, it's a plus that there is a refrigerator and a kettle, but two rooms have a shower, not an individual one. Forget about soap or slippers, but a piece of toilet paper was found.
The food here is meager, after breakfast they did not dare to take lunch and dinner.
Breakfast: salted oatmeal porridge, a piece of fatty sausage, the 3rd part of cottage cheese and tea with bread and a piece of butter. Bread, of course, is in abundance, but that's all:(
Disco until the morning on the weekend, which is already audible in the room, plus inadequate personalities, screaming and swearing obscenities are provided for you at night.
The sound insulation is average.
Mosquitoes in excess.
The area that you can't go anywhere near, you have to leave.

The rooms are clean and cozy, but the TV is for beauty, and there are no refrigerators, it is the only one for the entire tour base. There is also no microwave or stove, everything is done to ensure that they take set meals, which are worth a pleasant 25 rubles in principle (breakfast, lunch, dinner), but still there is not enough microwave at least one. Again, the city is nearby, you can eat there, and there is also a place to walk. In general, the place is decent, but you can see the budget is too small, there is a lot to grow. Which is what I wish them. I rated my vacation with 3 stars, as well as the institution itself.

I can't help but leave my enthusiastic review of the UP "Orsha". Definitely 5 stars and 10 out of 10 points!) We bought a New Year's tour in advance. We arrived on December 30th.. Special thanks to the girls at the reception who checked us in. Very, very positive, knowledgeable, kind, responsive girls. We were settled quickly. The rooms are renovated, comfortable, cozy. The food in the dining room is super. The food is very tasty.
The New Year was fun, the presenter is a lighter. Thank you for the positive emotions. We will definitely come to you again.

I do not recommend it! Especially with children! We had a rest with a large group of children and adults in the middle of summer. At that time, they were renovating the 2nd floor!!!! All day the noise of the hammer, dust and dirt. The workers live in the same building and drink, smoke and scream in the evenings! The whole "vacation" was crawling around the territory of a man drunk in trash, who could not be restrained! The Cobweb Nightclub is 200 meters from the building.(during the day it works as a dining room where guests are fed)All the hoodlums of the neighborhood hang out all night. Music is playing until 5 a.m., it is not possible to sleep. Although the songs are good, from the 90s.😊
The staff is rude, especially in the dining room.
If you want to relax, you definitely don't go there!

We had a rest at the recreation center with a very pleasant responsive staff.Our room was in the cottage suite .This is a horror, they settled us in the room, warning us that the sofa was broken, but today it will be repaired, but it wasn't there, they overpowered us in the room next to it, everything seems to be fine, but!!!it turned out that the sofa was broken there too, well, the most interesting thing is ahead at night a crossbar from the bed fell on our heads.In the shower on the first evening there was a flood because the shower tray was clogged . In the suite there are no slippers, dressing gowns, mats at the shower, the maid was seen once, they took out the garbage themselves.From the dishes 2 cups saucers 2 teaspoons, though then they brought 2 forks 2 knives and 2 plates.when we ordered , we noticed that there is a kitchen , but this is only in the description .They promised that repairs would be made soon .in the cottage. A surprise was waiting for us inside. THE SMELL! The smell of the poor fellows from the heating main. The old carpet is gray in spots and streaks. Beds with linen that can be washed less often. It won't change anything anyway. The gloomy swamp-colored siding of the walls reaches to the waist, above it the walls are in the color of a barbie house, apparently, this should give a feeling of comfort.
Shower, toilet, sink, hot water. Everything is there. But for some reason I didn't want to wash. I wanted to run, I could spend the night in the car. But when we were in the buildings, there was perfect order, there was no repair and there were no builders either, there were friendly waiters in the dining room, and the food was very tasty. We paid for accommodation for a day only 57 rubles per person.For this money, we received comfortable accommodation in a renovated room with a TV, kettle and refrigerator and delicious three meals a day, plus clean air that smells of pine trees in the morning. We went to the sauna with the pool with the children, visited the salt cave every day, rented bicycles, even climbed with the kids in the rope town. We bought meat at the market and fried a barbecue in the gazebo on the grill. We managed to sunbathe on the beach of the local river, which is 5 minutes from the building.In general, we had a very good, calm (as we wanted) and budget rest, considering that there were four of us. Yes, and there was no club and there was no loud music at night. Maybe because the Olympic team lived at that time. I don't know. But we really liked it. Muscovites were vacationing next to us, so they said they were here for the New Year, told us how they went skiing and how much fun it was. So we booked a Suite for New Year and Christmas.

I stayed at the campsite in September 2022, this year I came for 10 days in August on a voucher. The building is unrecognizable. New renovation on the 3rd floor and in the rooms, old shower cabins were removed in the bathrooms and modern floor showers were made, new plumbing. New TVs and refrigerators, more than 100 TV channels. The pool in the bathhouse has started working. In the new gazebo in the evenings, you can relax and dance. I had a wonderful rest, went for a massage, underwater massage, a solo cave and carbon dioxide baths.

When we first went there, I was sure that I would give 5 stars! But time has shown that I was wrong.
Of the advantages:
1. On the third floor there is a pleasant renovation.
2. Suites - you can't hear what's going on in the hallway in the bedroom. The sound insulation is good.
3. Kettle, refrigerator, bathrobes, slippers.
4.Warm mats in the bathroom.
5.2 the administrator who knows how to work is Olga (middle name, unfortunately, I do not know. With red hair) and a girl working at night with short hair (I didn't have time to find out her name). So they tried to help and resolve any issue that arose. No matter how much time is on the clock, they are always in place, always polite, correct. In general, honor and praise to them, for saving our nerves!))
That's all. Let's go cons:
1. While we were living there, room repairs began right below us, and this is dust, dirt, noise, SMOKING by builders, to whom it is useless to explain that their cigarettes STINK! Absolutely "deaf" people on whom no one has any influence, neither administrators, nor the "main" administrator or whatever the position was called correctly?))) Cigarettes stank everywhere: in the rooms, because they smoked on the loggia, in the bathroom, apparently, they began to hide there after the administration asked them not to violate the rules of the base so clearly. In general, even if you don't smoke, you would have a complete feeling that you smoked.
2.Sooooo long calculation of the room rate for a certain number of nights. For several days they could not calculate the total amount, they had to return the contract several times for revision and making edits, although all the data was provided.
3. The dining room... Oh! This is a separate fest! It's BEEN a LONG time since I've seen anything like this in my life. Customer orientation? What's it? The ladies working there don't know that word, unfortunately. Food choices? it's funny! "Eat what they give you, if you don't want to, go to a restaurant" (c) Overcooked unsalted pasta? Easy! Buckwheat for breakfast with sausage? No problem! A salad floating in mayonnaise? They love, they know how, they practice! Of the delicious things, there was only mashed potatoes (they know how to cook it there), cutlets (the children liked them) and compote.
4. A vile, disgusting nightclub that lacks sound insulation from the word at all! You will be a regular customer of this institution from Friday to Sunday, without even visiting it. You will listen to the basses sounding from there until 4-5 in the morning, and then follows an "entertainment" program from overfed guests of this "cheerful" institution, namely, a showdown between ladies, between men, and sometimes between them all. Well, by 6 a.m., the janitor will come out and start cleaning the bins))) And you will not be able to sleep again, because this action is very noisy.
In summary, I will say this, the idea is good. The base itself is beautiful (building, pine forest, clean air). But you can live there from Monday to Friday (evening). Of course, you can eat at the local canteen if you are not too picky about food and you have cash to pay, for some reason their cards do not work (maybe they told a lie, I would not be surprised).
Who goes there - have a good rest, maybe you will be more lucky!))

It was an unforgettable night! Since we were out of the schedule of our trips, we urgently searched for a room for the night, everything was busy, and voila, there was a very, very cheap room in this place, without a refrigerator, kettle, dishes, etc., but we only had to spend the night, including we decided. Well, to say that it is very simple to say nothing, the walls with wallpaper worn down to the walls, the mattress and blanket smelly to the point of impossibility, the linen is clean but even it did not save from this smell, mold in the bathroom corners and in the corner a paper bag with something (I think from rats). Outside, the street is very clean, there is a cafe, I can't say anything about it, because we couldn't spend the night in such a place, we slept in the car. I don't know about the other rooms of this place, but we saw this one, didn't take a photo, were shocked, remembered when we already left.I do not recommend it))

We lived for a month and put things in the laundry a couple of times . Yes, the sum is a large 5p. But it feels like there is zero powder . Also, some resepsen employees are a little unable to communicate with clients, especially those who are younger. Well, it's just a temporary hospice, that's all. Plumbing is a dead environment like in a cheap motel.
