I bought a product through N11. i started the refund process after I placed the wrong order for the product. I definitely didn't even take the product out of its own bag. you will see the difference between the Decayed screen and the incoming product in the pictures. I didn't even need to remove the product. however, the store refused my refund request by not buying the product. you definitely can't reach the store from the phone number. N11 I have been waiting for an answer to the question I asked for 3 weeks. N11 customer service is also unable to reach despite calling the store. there are already a lot of complaints on the Internet. definitely do not shop.
